Lived 30 year off grid -took a Chinese 200watt --worked on the blades and got 900 to 1000 watt out of it = some of the things I did was sharpening the leading edge near the tip - got a tip from a surfer about surf board they put a vacuum curve to speed up the board and get rid of chatter I put that principle to the wind side of the blade with a over curve closer to the hub =ends up more power at the tips and the inner over cut moves the wind more to the side -90degrees-a bubble of air forms to the front inner part of the wind turbine and increases the air flow near the tips
