Question.... Can the Halltech understand a PWM input ? if so let the AC switch turn on the compressor. I have no idea as to the parameters that are sent from the stock control or what Halltech can accept. but as far as the pressure switch you can allow it to interrupt the the AC clutch even if it has to use a step up relay to make it function properly. I fully understand the idea of the defroster switch to activate the AC. But if you can find a way to to make it work . even if it's down the road it will be worth it because it will make your kit more marketable. Overall this is a fantastic project great job and keep swinging for the fence you are on the right track.
Awesome work ! Might find you’ll have more problems with the PS pump as it’s higher than the reservoir Also would be beneficial to run the AC through the pressure switch as it won’t allow it to turn on if it looses pressure and burn the pump up
You should return the aftermarket motor mounts and buy Porsche motor mounts. They’re called vibration dampener‘s for a reason. You will feel the engine vibrate the car more with aftermarket mounts. trust me, I’ve been in the automotive business for over 25 years.
