The correct answer is: Weak Offense, Fast Neutral, Easy Game. This creates a game that is easy to control which brings people in and creates a strong player base; the weak offense means no-one dies to a single combo, so the game is more consistent and rewards skill, and the fast neutral gives the skill levels a fairly high ceiling as you need to have decent timing and good reactions. This is the correct answer and it's why the best fighting game is... Killer Instinct (But SF6, Tekken, and GG Strive are all great games too).
sf5 proximity block is what ruined sf5 for countless sf4 players. the proximity block was so egregiously long for plenty of moves. Making it very hard to wiff punish. This is why sf5 footsies are made fun up, because they aren't really footsies, lol. People said I was a hater who just couldn't accept change, but I love sf6. I can actually wiff punish, and show that I have a ground game.

Doesn't MvC2 fit our creation? Hard and fast for sure, and except the 5-8 omega top tiers offense is kinda weak: chars got no combos, assists come in to dp every .5 seconds or fill the screen with shit, pushblock and techrolls.... Low level matches usually go to timeout
Love the consistent content wave. Also have you ever thought of making shorts like the 30 second clips that you did in SFV? Because watching those "shorts" are what got me into fighting games
Perfect parry should be hard to get but high reward i would disable perfect parry on wake up , and allow perfect parry in the air and standing parry as before. No scaling ,4 frame time stop. Its a small change in terms of developing time, but MASSIVE skill ceiling change
