I dislike that fake, super loud "HEY WHATS UP GUYS WELCOME TO A NEW VIDEO" type of energy lol. Youre just authentically yourself, and i appreciate that

Right there with you! I am only able to play on console and it has its limitations. I watch CCP to get my fill of mods and the satisfaction of seeing things fit together how I want them to on xbox

That 3-way freeway interchange reminds me of the 694/494 convergence northwest of the Twin Cities in Minnesota.

RU-vid's algorithm just doesn't like it when creators diversify I think. That's why you see lots of them creating a second or third channels when they want to try something new.

@@RobinOttens💯 RU-vid's algo hates it. My channel has suffered a hit because I have evolved, grown and expanded my channel. It was a Pokémon opening channel which was doing really well. 2500 subs in 6 months, then my ADD kicked in I got bored stopped for months and only just started uploading again but with car shows and drift meets. I still do Pokémon openings but it's less often.

1:49:00 Simcity and it's expansion games had massive unseen potential with The Sims, SimTower, Streets Of SimCity The ability to be able to build a city and then play it in another Sims game like Streets of SimCity was groundbreaking and hasn't really been seen again. They need to bring this feature back, to be able to build a city in SimCity that is playable within The Sims.

Definitely recommend Victoria! I live in Seattle and they have a great cruise/ferry that takes you from downtown Seattle to Victoria and you often see Orcas on the trip.

I would say one diffrance between CS1 and CS2 is that in CS1 the agents was just bouncing around. While in CS2 they go to set location at set time period. If they start working at 9.. they try to be at work at 9.

Hey! Victoria, City of Gardens. Come visit. It's a stupid city. The Capital Regional District is fourteen separate municipalities. We have more mayors than Winnipeg has city councillors. A side effect is the duelling parks departments. You can spot the municipal boundaries as the parks departments put the most extravagant roadside and median plantings on the border with the next municipality.

2:06:43 I’m the same about physical copies of media. I’m the same age as CPP and a musician, and the transition to all-digital everything dragged me kicking and screaming haha. I also hate how subscription models have locked up all the types of media I used to actually own, and I have to pay indefinite rental fees for all the digital production tools I rely upon. Further to the stream, I have a few things I'd like to add. Firstly, City Planner Games for your alternate gaming channel. It does make sense to not have them on the same channel, but no reason to not have them related! Just a thought. Secondly, I would be very interested in your PC specs video, that would be much appreciated by a lot of gamers out there looking to play CS2. Is there anywhere currently where we can find your PC specs? Lastly, I'm very excited to see the last feature highlight video as the cinematics look awesome! For example, I was looking at your website and respectfully, you could update the current cinematic with some CS2 cinematics as they look gorgeous. Also your website would be a great place for your PC specs. Thank you!

You're wrong. It is absolutely fair to talk about performance issues. If they release a game that is poorly optimized they should not have released the game. There used to be a time when games came on a disc. There were no updates. There were no patches. You just made it better right away. You released it correctly and triple A studios. Do not do that these days

I would highly recommend a trip up the north shore of Lake Superior through Duluth, Two Harbors, Grand Marais, and Grand Portage. Thunder Bay is just across the border at that point. Also Sault Ste. Marie is pronounced "Soo" Ste. Marie :)

I'm not sure what this means, but seeing Phil's face was not jarring at all for me. Most of the time when I see a person with whom I've only heard previously, like a Radio personality, it's wierd. They never look like I think. The face just never meets my expectation. That's not the case with Phil. Though I never really pictured him in my head before, when I saw him on RU-vid it just fit. He looked right. That said, I think I'm the minority when I say I prefer videos and streams without face cams. It's by no means a deal breaker, but if I have the choice I like the visuals to be all about the game.

3:15:05 The road connecting the two communities on either side of the highway should be moved further up and pass over the highway. That way it's separated from the interchange, and even less funneling would occur.

Hey Phil, Don't worry about having games other than Cities Skylines. I would much rather you post everything on this channel than starting another channel. Although "City Planner Plays" may seem like it is a Cities: Skylines Channel, "City Planner" is you. You are "City Planner". You are playing. That is what this channel is about. Just because your channel has mostly been cities skylines, doesn't mean it always has to be that way. Adding more games will also raise the chances that you will get to that 1,000,000 subscriber count. Half a million people have already subscribed. You won't lose subscribers by adding more games. They may not watch them, but they won't unsubscribe just because you are playing more games. At least, I won't. You are THE top cities skylines player, I'd love to see how you play other games. I'd love to see your approach to Supremacy 1914 compared to your approach to Civ 6 or Tropico 6.

it'd be good to maybe use the twitch channel for things like timerborn and your anno games and such...you could also cross stream your live stuff to twitch as a way to get a backup vod for future usage and to test how cs2 and such go on that platform.

Part of the reason the roundabouts didn't work was that they had to handle too much traffic. But a more important reason was that the TM:PE traffic rules weren't set up properly 😉

I'll buy the game later. I didn't buy the first one right at launch either, but for different reasons. This time, even though I'd love to play, I just can't justify the purchase until things get straightened out. And I'll likely still have to get a better machine even after all is improved.
