More and more civil servants are coming in open and showcasing the power of digital medium to broadcast their views to public. Our country will grow exponentially when people like Anil Swaroop, Dr. Kiran Bedi ( who knows in and out of government) comes in politics. Arvind Kejriwal has done it and now it's for others to do it

Desh ko 70 saal se barbd kar rakha in Babu logo ne. After this situation of COVID-19 second wave the most important thing is economy. For economy to grow the only thing that can take our country on right path is Accountability of Babus from top to bottom. Governments come and go, people change them after elections but this so called permanent system needs to now wake up from deep slumber. Shake them to wake them. When the country will face such impending economic crisis and their masters (the public of India) is suffering, how can Babus expect to vouch for promotions or perks. Its high time for them to perform their duties as public servant and serve the public. What I feel is, if an area is not developed then the administrative machinery should be held accountable in terms of promotions and perks. One more thought came to my mind, has anyone asked why the citizens of small countries like Singapore, Malaysia have visa-free access to more than 170 countries and why India does not have even 20 visa-free access. Even our close friends like Japan and Singapore provides visa-free access to citizens of Vietnam but not to us. Is there any accountability of Foreign Service Babus in India? Is this how we are going to tap the demographic dividend of the country by tying their potential in bureaucratic red-tapism of Babus by denying opportunities elsewhere too. Why China has developed? Their youth is present everywhere around the world be it in education or in professions and they grab every opportunity outside. Their bureaucracy has clear mandate that they will get promotion only if country grows so they think innovatively to save their arse. But there is no accountability of Babus in India. If the GDP growth of the country is negative then stop the promotions of the Babus, stop giving them increments. Then only we can really see positive development and force them to think for the country. Abhi to aisa lagta hai ye desh ke liye nhi balki desh inke liye kaam kar rha hai.
