Still can't get over the fact that Rugby Town's captain has been on a part-time contract whilst everyone else is full time. Ngoma just comes in to training 2 days a week, complains to the boss he wants to leave, complains when he's offered out because he wants to stay, then plays amazing footie on the weekend
I really like how lollujo cares about his wages in his series. He even finds rental properties, gets part time jobs, or purchases homes to keep it realistic.
Why did the Valladares assessment surprise you? All your strikers have been better than Jude for the past year at least. That includes Goldsmith. Jude is just here for the sentiment at this point.
Murph - I want a new deal Jack - What are you looking for? Murph - I want 13k per week Jack - I can't afford that. I can do 8k per week. Murph - Not acceptable. 13k or sell me. Jack - I'd hate to see you go but understand you've got to eat. Are you sure you dont want 8k per week? Murph - Nope. I either want 13k per week or 1k per week if I'm playing for Rugby. Otherwise sell me to somebody who can pay 25k per week. There's no in-between. Jack - You realize that 8k per week is 8x more than you're making today and would allow you to live A MUCH different life? Murph - Damn it gaffer I love it here but I just cant take 8k per week. It's not right when you're on 200 quid per week. Jack - I love you Murph... Murph - I love you too coach. Now go get me paid Jack - what if I offered you an extra 364k per year to play full time for Rugby? Murph - can I still come in 2 days a week? Jack - Id need you training full time for that much money. Murph - Hmm...nah I think I can make more than that streaming on twitch and RU-vid during my off days. Sorry sir. No deal. (fade to black as Jack walks to the pub...alone...)
I am not 100 % sure but if you remove some of the promises with "exlude from negotiations", it will make them want more money. Most of the time if you just remove the promise, they will be fine and will ask for less.
I have definitely noticed that too, and that's why I just remove the clauses I don't want. But I last played FM21 so I don't know if it's still that way.
@@bionicgeekgrrl Yeah that's true. But I prefer to take the risk something I absolutely can't have, like percentage of sale clause (even though I'd never personally gotten it). But still, why would I give a player a percent of what I sold him for? Anything of that nature I always exclude as early as possible
12:48 if you don’t exit the contract negotiations but instead go and make a bid which is accepted and then hit continue, it won’t allow you to offer a contract due to the bid being accepted. Then it will let you offer a contract rather than having to wait to start negotiations again
@@WorkTheSpace so it only works if you don’t finalise promises. As soon as you finalise the promises and enter into the contract negotiations screen then you are correct. If you don’t click walk away on the promises screen and click back instead then make a bid that’s accepted then you can continue and still be able to offer a contract as it comes up saying you have made a transfer offer when you press continue
@@WorkTheSpace if you’ve got some scouting knowledge then it will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. Suppose it’s not helpful if you don’t know or if you do know then I suppose you would just place a bid rather than go to offer a contract
Don’t forget jack if an agent says minimum fee wanted there is an option to ask for them all to be negotiable which means you can take them off at negotiation stage. Agents often say yes so worth asking!
This is fairly productive transfer special. Excited to see N'Diaye and Sanchez. Also maybe you could give Thor more game time at the start of the season to garner attention and finally bag some more money.
Hi jack. You mentioned in a previous video you once lived in scarborough. Would you ever consider doing a Scarborough save? They’re my club and we are currently flying in the league. UTB❤
Rick Sanchez is definitely a huge overpay. Should have shouted the Czech player wouldn't surprise me at all if he would have been a far far better signing
Aside from the few usual nitpicks- TALK to the agent please, Jack, you can lower their wage demands that way and try to get a bidding war going for players you want to sell (you could have definitely gotten more than 4mil for Goldsmith)- this was a phenomenal transfer window. It was very sensible, smart and has set the team up well for the rest of the season. Being flexible on the soft limit of wages was smart, too. However, the inconsistency of the new players is something to worry about. A- window for me.
On fm23 signed an honduren wonderkid for free . What a machine . Won the Next gen award . Went to Bayern three seasons later an One Europa league and cup win for 90 million
Jack, I feel like Camara is just too good not to have in the team. Have you considered switching to the 4-3-1-2 diamond with Camara/N'goma occupying one of the CM spots and Guerrero running behind the strikers? Camara would be a crazy box to box cm.
Keep Jaime if you can. Should help that his value sky-rocketed after he turned down the bid. Would be interesting to see what he'd want for a new contract, as if you can tack on a year or two, and based on a larger wage, if that would help get max value for him if you had to sell.
Jack, would you consider loans from teams in the PL? Surely there is a player who is loan listed and you can get away with not paying a lot of their wages!
I think you should sell N'Goma. You could never afford his wages and it's just not worth having a captain and team leader being grumpy. If someone bids close to his full value, you should sell! Now that you're in the championship you should be able to sign a similar good or better player to replace him. Maybe Camara is that player already? Looks amazing!!
Keep Guerrero and Ngoma if you can, you're paying a pittance for them, I'd only sell them if you needed the money for a new stadium. They're your best shot of getting up to the next level.
Man, Jack loves a guy who is sort of ambiguously a winger and a striker and cannot finish. We have signed like 6 of this type of player in this save. XD
If you have your wage budget set to the lowest amount possible when offering out contracts then the players wage demands will be a lot lower. Same goes for if your wage budget is set a lot higher then players will expect a lot more money.
Do you have advice on player stats across each level.. for example League 1 stats should be around 14 for their role? I really want to try a save like this but I struggle with lower leagues and finding players
I'd say keep N'goma and Guerrero until January atleast, hopefully get off to a cracking start to the season and get some big bids for them. I think N'goma is well over-valued at nearly 20mill. It would be fairly easy to replace if the club rep increases.
I think it's going to be hard to keep Ngoma and Jamie long term so grabbing the money and finding their replacements now would be a good thing, thought Dudek would be Ngoma's replacement.
