3D Modeling Blueprint : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LUq-XsEyskM.html This bit drawer is practical and aesthetic, so it's a work I'm picking up. The shape is also vertical, so it's very unique and beautiful, and it can hold quite a lot of bits. Looking at the video I uploaded previously, there was a lack of editing, so I tried making it a remake version again. I tried to make sure that you could enjoy it comfortably without the part I narrated. I think those who have already seen it will be able to enjoy it with a new feeling. Thank you.
@@Kynosys_ Dude it's your shop, your project. If you're happy then you have succeeded. I'm definitely going to use the idea, as that would be very handy to attach to my drill press stand. Not going for the acrylic and lighting, mostly because I personally do not care that much about aesthetics and save the money for the next projects, but I do admire your work. Very well done! May you have many, many happy hours of woodworking 🙂
Danke It's amazing to see how many people see my video and see the amount of work and attention to detail I put into it. I think it's because you've put in a lot of work. thank you!
Ich verwende bei meiner Arbeit häufig Acryl. LED-Beleuchtung passt gut zu Acryl. Vielen Dank für Ihr Vergnügen. I tend to use acrylic a lot in my work. LED lighting goes well with acrylic. Thank you for your enjoyment.
In addition to giving the highest praise, I am very happy that you mentioned the exhibition. Stories that come from the heart always touch people's hearts. I would like to express my great gratitude.
Fantastic and beautiful drill and bit storage solution. Well done. I may have to borrow this idea for my shop sometime in the future. Thank you for your contribution
Exhibiting it in a museum also means that it has little practical use. I also want to pay more attention to practical aspects. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your impressive words.
After watching this, the lifting drill press table, and the electric work bench, I have to say you, sir, are an artist. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of your videos.
I also think it would be good to communicate with more people. Thanks to your support, I think that time will speed up. I would like to express my sincere gratitude!
I really love your finished product. I really like what you did with this video. From your workplace to your tools and skills. I love this so much. Thank you very much.
I can't believe that such a short and concise piece of writing can touch my heartstrings. It seems to be a country of literature with many great writers. I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
You wrote it in Korean. Thank you very much for your consideration. I will work hard to create better works.
Wow this is absolutely fantastic ... then me looking at all my containers that hold various bits and noticing all the missing spaces... yeah it would be wasted on me.
I am decorating my workshop with the intention of using it until the last day. Everyone may have different thoughts, but I think creating and thinking about something new as long as possible is a meaningful life. You might say this is a bit over-the-top, but today I step into my workplace with that mindset. I am deeply grateful that there is someone who sympathizes with such feelings.
@@Kynosys_ I can understand you very well!!! We have one life and each and everyone tries to make the best out of it. An as I can say, you do that!! Go on, Ill be watching every time!
I hawe followed You for quite a while now, and i must say that Your videos are of very high quality and i always enjoy watching them as inspiration for my own projects!
Just landed on this video and I'm glad I watched. It is a very practical and pretty design. I'd perhaps make it to utilise some sort of renewable battery than mains power conversion. The amount of time the draws are open and lights on wouldn't drain too much from batteries and it would be easier to place in the workshop. It is a very good design indeed 👍
That's a very good idea. I overlooked the fact that the time the light is on is shorter than expected. If I had thought of that in the first place, I might have used batteries. My plan is to install 12V power lines that can be connected easily throughout my workshop. Things like motors and LEDs are all unified to 12V. Anyway, I think a battery would be much more convenient in terms of portability. thank you
Hi Kynosys, Love this video and design. Very usable drill storage and I will be building one soon! On top of that the lights, runners and acrylic! Have subed and will watch more. Regards James One Handed Maker - Australia
First of all, I would like to express my respect. You are a beautiful person who shows that physical limitations cannot limit the beauty of the soul. It would be a great pleasure for me if you refer to my work when creating new work. I also subscribed to your channel. I will watch these valuable videos. I am very grateful for this new relationship, and I hope you will always be healthy and happy. thank you!
To you who feel that beauty, I express my deep, empathic gratitude.
Love the idea and the thought that went into it. its both functional as astatic. Quick question,. wouldn't it be nice to add the power unit on top of the limit switches? that would have saved an additional box. also in order to reach the electrics it would have been good to use only screws on the back panel.
That's a good thing. I wanted to install the lights on the acrylic floor. And, in fact, the limit switch box was an afterthought, so it feels a bit crudely made. I'm planning on making it again, but I'll have to take your words into consideration. thank you!
Thank you for your kind words. What you're curious about is that the drawer rail itself was used as a wire. If you watch the video carefully, you can see that when the drawer is pulled out, there are no wires to operate the LED inside the drawer. Since the top and bottom two drawer rails themselves act as wires, I connected the power source to them. This is a method I came up with in a very unique way. thank you
There are such thing as "Electrically Conductive Grease", you can try to replace one in the rails with it to avoid flickering. Search for one containing nickel.
You are an expert. I was just thinking about it, and when I applied electricity to the rail, it actually blinked. It seemed like the grease was blocking the electricity. There is such a thing as conductive grease? thank you. I'll have to look it up quickly. I'm very curious.
What a wonderful and unique way of storing/presenting your bits. Just two thoughts: Have you put any perspex sheets or anything like that into the sides? Otherwise you'll have to dust your drawers regulary. And for me it would have been even nicer if only the drawer which you have pulled out would be illuminated. The light inside the case would distract me too much from the open drawer - if you know what I mean. But regardless - this definitely is one of the most beautiful builds I have seen on RU-vid for a very long time - even though I really don't like the nailer...
Thank you for your thoughtful and long writing, I would like to express my deepest gratitude. The answer to what you were curious about It is as follows: I did not block the side with clear acrylic to take out the bits I use most from the side. And because my workshop aims for reliable dust collection, this drawer does not become full of dust. It is a simple task to light up only the drawer that is opened. All you have to do is separate the rails used as electric wires. The reason why all the lights came on no matter which drawer was opened was because I wanted to show the inside. The lighting coming from the side was so beautiful. And when I turned on the light only on the open drawer, it wasn't very bright and seemed weak. If you hate nailers, you must be a woodworker, but in terms of woodworking, this is a very embarrassing piece of work. Someday, I would like to try it again with nice wood and without using a nailer. thank you!
You created that shape before me, right? Excellent. Rails are used in general drawers. What I also regretted later was that I placed the rails up and down because I wanted to make the drawer thinner. It was designed to receive lateral force, so it sags a little forward. If installed on the side, any rail seems to be fine. thank you!
I sometimes upload plans as like this link.... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LUq-XsEyskM.html Also I'm trying to make more blueprints, but not an easy job. Let me show you in the near future. Thanks!
Old rust ugly bits are precious treasures that only true experts can own. I think it would be great to make a nice dresser to store it. My bits still need time to become treasures.
I would also would like to know if you have plans? I would also like to ask can you make me one and how much would you want,I have never seen any thing like it before and its just beautiful,a pice of workshop art
Thank you for your kind words. Because many people want it, I uploaded a video of the design drawings for this work to my channel. You can check detailed figures.
Danke! Since this is a work made from a prototype, it is true that the amount of work involved is more than it looks. When time permits, I think it would be a good idea to try making it yourself at your leisure. thank you!
That's an accurate point. In fact, I am still a beginner not only in the electrical field, but also in all fields including woodworking, arc welding, argon welding, milling machines, automatic lathes, CNC, electric circuits, pneumatic cylinders, automation, and design. But in the end, my goal is to try everything and do fusion DIY. Come on a journey with me. thank you!
These are pneumatic pliers. There are a wide variety of products on the market that use pneumatics. There seems to be a lot of things you can use, so be sure to look for them. thank you!
The material used is birch plywood. Since I don't yet have a machine that can process a wide range of wood, I mainly use plywood. Among them, birch plywood is my favorite material because it has a pretty grain and is strong. Detailed drawings of this work are in other categories on my channel. please refer to this. thank you!
There are many things. This includes giving edges here and there with walnut, strengthening the internal cross-shaped adhesion, and diversifying lighting. I plan to reflect this in my next upgraded work. thank you!
Спасибо you're right. I'm not even a professional. My works are not very practical. I hope you will focus on my passion for always trying new things and learning. thank you!
