I’ve been sewing for over 50 years (yes I’m that old) & I learned something new. Your measured cardboard that you use while you were ironing is genius! Thank you, I will make one & use it, so time saving!
I recognised this straight away! lovely fabric. My mom made this for me, from an old pattern of hers, in 1970. It was my first proper nightie, when I went away to school! trying to find the pattern now from my mom's stash :)
These are just perfect!! I love them and you did such an excellent job!!! They are perfect!! i am such a big fan of that pattern!! Thank you so much for sharing with all of us!! =;)
You did such a great job on this. And your accent is lovely, where are you from? I haven't sewed an outfit ever; I've only made quilts. But I hope to learn! Thanks for the video😊 P.S. The King Frog saying "good day" made me smile, my late friend used to say that to me all the time. So thank you😊
thank you Sarah! I'm happy my lovely frog brought up some sweet memories. I wish I could make quilts, maybe one day. And I guess that's my Hungarian accent :D
@@atelierparva9569 I know nothing about quilt making. I'm just following a book I found in my shed that belonged to my great grandmother. It's been really helpful in giving measurements for each square, then showing you how it all pieces together. Awesome! My great grandfather spoke fluent Hungarian, but I never met him. I hear lots of family stories, though.
I’m asking cause I’m interested to do sewing after watching many videos and yours ❤If I buy vintage patterns from any online shop , how is it fit to my actual size ?
Wow, I'm sure you won't regret that purchase! :) I really love it, especially now as the summer temperatures rise it's a great option. The brunch coat version is also a favourite of mine
