Everytime I watch your videos, I'm impressed and amazed a lot! We're used to making wax rims on cold cure custom trays and whatnot...but this method is absolutely brilliant (and quite difficult to master as well! Because I've tried it and it's really difficult to separate it from the cast without distorting it) But you make it look so easy...hats off to you! Thank you so much for enlightening us with your knowledge and experience!

Thank you so much for watching. It is easy to be quite honest you just need to make your wax plate thick and soak the models in water for 5 mins and nothing will stick to that model. Cheers

Put a wire strengthener in the wax base plate wont distort then

and we never add wax to the base on the palate so that the patient is comfortable. And we also apply a marking on the wax base so that there is no deformation

Wax plate is easy to deformation, I always use lightcure/autocure resin palate.

Small doubt won't u use shelac baseplate for base because will it be fine to use these bites in patient's mouth to record jaw reln and also bite?

I usually use hard wax and it doesn’t distort in the mouth because we are only putting them in for few mins to record jaw relation

بمرحلة الدراسة يفضل استعمال الاكريلك بيس علمود ما يصير بيها تشوه او تغير ابعاد. بس بعدين بالحياة العملية ومع الخبرة ممكن بالشمع

Always always soak your model beforehand 5 mins will do then only you start working on your model and you won’t have problem removing any waxwork from your model anymore
