#balisongflipping #balisong #butterflyknife Squid Industries Mako V4 News Update. Also incoming Balisongs including the BBFIREFLY and Talisong Z Trainer!
You know, they said the Triton v2 would have better tolerances. I bought a blue Triton on the first drop and it still develops tap, you can tune it, but any slight screw adjustment gives it tap, therefore I am hesitant to believe the mako v4 will have better tolerances.
I would concur, especially given that experience and the experience of others. For this price point, I can get bushings in BBbarfly products or The Glidr Arctic. I find it interesting the path Squid Industries chose with their last couple updates.
Thats weird, I mean it will deff develop tap over time but ive dropped mine over concrete and tiles multiple times and it still has the same tolerances out of the box with no tap.
@@Minicreeper301 That is awesome, some of my balis do great over concrete. For example, I have a lucha with FlyTi and it holds up like a champ (bearings though). However, in my personal experience, I have been very kind to the Triton v2, and mine developes tap really easily. Again, I can tune it, but it requires the most tuning out of any of my balis..It's really cool yours doesn't have that problem, I'm jealous.
I prefer latches off because they tend to get in the way of flipping for me; but it certainly is all down to personal preference. I think latches are great for live blades.
My Arctic will be my next Bali video. If you watched my “Collection in Order”, you’ll know the Arctic is my favorite trainer although the BBFirefly could change that quickly.
