ProspectorFrank Gday Frank , I cant fault the machine mate , probably only lil quirk iv found is if you push the boost button while using the headphones the machine can skitz out , so you have to turn off and start again , simple don’t use Boost while running the headphones , other than that the Kruzer has paid for itself a couple times over , fully waterproof is also a great feature been caught out in the rain many times 👍🏼⛏
Inside quartz, I noticed that sulfides come within black or dark blue dust,, gold comes within light brown dust. I believe dust is the substance that forms minerals .. burn that brown dust mate .. dont waste it.

Does the gold cruiser block out the hot rocks like the AU Gold Finder does? Also, will it pickup small gold chains like the AU Gold Finder? Need to know, before I go out and, buy one, our the other.
I really can’t answer your question 1 . Iv never used the AU Gild finder 2 . I don’t use the discrimination modes for finding gold out the bush , I only use the General mode , you can tell what is a hit or cold rock by the Target ID , so you yes you can avoid digging many false targets I’d maybe ask your question on one of the Nokta/Makro Facebook pages or forums , hope that helps cheers Jim ⛏👍🏼
