Such a disappointing interview which proves again why women are unable to get legal help when unjust happens to them. They get scrutinised again n again n again over the matter. She relives the trauma everyday while she has to prove her innocence. Not to forget that this all started with a case that was reported immediately and yet there’s no closure for it after 7years. The survivor of that case has to now go through it again as the matter is being discussed again. He’s even going ahead and blaming women when they marry someone who was married before like the man has no part in it. According to the lawyer women should resign her job or quit every time unjust happens to her at work. So how many jobs should she change? Shouldn’t we focus on the root cause and make the work place safe?
