I was hoping to see your feedback on the cabin crew's service. MH's hardware is adequate (nothing over the top) but one thing that I think they excel in is the cabin crew's warmth and service skills.
It warms my heart that people are starting to recognise MAS back. After its downfall from the two major incidents, I think MAS fought real hard to serve the best all these while to the customers. With their recent improvements, I hope this will elevate them to the par they were once at and make Malaysia Airlines great again ❤
30:12 this makes me sad as both incidents were no fault of the airlines. Once upon a time they were on par with the likes of SIA if not better. Hope MAS will be back to the level they truly belong 😔❤️
The two unfortunate incidents I guess were not the real cause of MAS losing the recognition and service level. Long before that MAS was already embroiled with financial mismanagement and political intervention in its management. I travelled a number of times on MAS recently and glad to note that they are slowly making a come back. New fleet order, change of catering management and flying to new routes. Glad you enjoyed the flight even with its flaws you pointed out. No menu is a pain but are three thinking all on an app if so they need two change mind
@twize4916 It's always the "sour" losers that try to find fault with Singapore, Singaporeans or SIA. Your so called boleh government disown your people so you try to stir shit on others. There's a reason why SIA is world number 1. Low achievers can never understand.
Apparently the business lounge is better than the first class one, because it's bigger and business class is the main source of customer of Mas Airlines. But of course, consider that not a lot of customer are first class passengers or platinum status. The size of the current lounge might be enough.. but i personally prefer the business class one
I mean with Bussiness Suite and a lot cost of money, you didn’t get a paper of Beverage List and Menu List? How come? So you can’t choose other option? With that cost of money better I fly with others.
From my experience with normal Biz class, they usually have printed menus but in the event that the menu isn't available, the cabin crew will verbally present the meal options for you to choose from.
Looks really nice but still undecided if i will fly with the airline company , it bothers knowing some Malaysian will crashed the plane if they are deeply depressed😢
