You could fly with Korean Air/Batik Malaysia/AirAsia X for direct flight if those 2 accidents haunt you so much. It’s so unfair for MH and you are being so irrational. About the flight retiming, it depends on passengers counts. If more passengers affected with the delay on their first leg flight thus they have to retime the next connecting flight as the nearest hotel might not have enough room for them.
1st incident is still mystery. 2nd one can happen to any airline. if first incident also purposefully then it will happen to any airline. so nothing to point out MH specifically
Regarding the mention of the previous incidents, its perfectly normal for some passengers to feel anxious. As former long-haul crew, I feel he was very polite and honest in expressing his fears and added that perhaps it would be best not to fly MH if one had such fears. He was in no way derogatory about the airline. He comes across as a very polite and honest reviwer in all his videos. I love the fact that he always incldes the crew interaction, which most reviewers do not.
MH66 flights are often delayed due to technical issues & disembark. MH flight attendants always are so friendly and so nice service but It is true that the MH aircraft type is not good.
You are fear-mongering and entirely unreasonable to reference the 2014 incidents which were not the fault of MH. With this kind of attitude, you should not produce aviation content and viewers should stop following you as you are biased.
I hope MH will ban you from flying with them because you don't like them. I am sure you will not want to fly with them anymore because you complaints these and that. Choose other airlines like SIA. Money other airlines available
I’m glad you were able to reboard the plane after the delay. I don’t understand why non US Airlines have issues with the boarding process. I feel delta has the best onboarding experience for passengers. Btw I really like that brown and cream colored t-shirt where did you get it?
Thanks for watching haha… Hmm… honestly I found the boarding process in the US a bit messy… probably due to the lack of space near the gate areas…. But I appreciate that they really start boarding at the time printed on the boarding pass, which is less common in Asia! I personally prefer CX’s boarding arrangements - clear signages for the 4 lines The shirt… haha… I didn’t really like it as I think it makes me look like a clown…. I think I got it from Zara haha
Thanks for watching Henry ;) I wanted to try MH as I’ve not flown with her for years… I didn’t feel worried about the accidents before the flights - but from the moment I stepped on their jet, there were just a little bit of concerns popping out in my mind …. honestly, these concerns weren’t too rational, but I just couldn’t stop thinking about them… Sorry MH :(
Honestly, it is very unfair to single out MH if you have concerns. Accidents can happen to any plane or Airlines, my only comments is if you have doubts and concerns, don't fly MH then. You might be creating unnecessary worries with other potential passengers. Just my thoughts.
There are actually 3 Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounges at KLIA Terminal 1. One in Domestic Airside, One Regional Lounge at the Contact Pier of the Main Terminal Building and the largest one at the Satellite Building A.
not sure that this delay is comfortable for passengers, I see some airlines also have this problem. But MAS must given something for delay, like given drinks for economy class passengers , or others lah. I wish MAS can imporve it. Now MAS is getting benefit, and also wish they can do better
This is clearly biased since the few minutes of the video. If you’re still haunted by MH’s history, there are other “business class” flights that you can choose from 😂
Gosh MH really has inconsistent operations these days! I had to change aircraft due to mechanics during the only instance when I flew their A330s from KUL-BKK thankfully there was a spare 330 that day otherwise it could have been a huge mess
Both flights that I took on the day of filming delayed…. :( Really lucky that I could make my CX connection (separate bookings) after this flight back to HKG before my flight to LHR
I took a similar red-eye flight from KUL to NRT few weeks ago, and our flight also got delayed (just 30 min)we had to wait for passengers on a delayed flight departing from India. I guess it has become a pattern for MH. I didn't like the red-eye flight, serving satay after take off was a waste of time, they could have given passengers more time to sleep. Also, turning on the light just after 3 hr is also annoying. I ended up just telling the crew that I would be skipping breakfast and slept until 30 min before landing. Overall, just a disappointing experience from MH.
I agree… the service flow is quite awkward… It might make more sense if they just consolidate the meal service and only serve breakfast maybe with satay haha… I just couldn’t sleep well on this flight, so I had both meals. Most of the other pax decided to maximise their sleep
That so much drama for the two incidents beyond their control. As a Singaporean... I feel MH has been unfairly treated n people like you just make it worse by being idiotically dramatic in your views. Understand the nature of the incidents before shooting your mouth.
They had 2 major losses in 2014. Very rare for an airline to loose 2 planes in the same year. MH370 disappeared in March 2014, and is still not found to this day. Then only 4 months later in July, MH17 was shot down over Eastern Ukraine.
It’s unfair to blame the second one on MH! It was shot down, and it could’ve been any other airline that was flying around them at the same time. Very unlucky and not their fault. @@LeeAviation
