There is a Rose syrup of some sort, I'm thinking it's more like rooh afza but only that guy can clarify. Apart from that there are subja seeds which he added using a spoon. Subja is like chia seeds....it's a very refreshing drink during Summers and keeps your body cool. In Tamilnadu, they don't add rooh afza but make the same drink with Nannari roots.
