Sago pudding is a sweet pudding made by boiling sago pearls with either milk or water and adding sugar and additional flavourings. It is made in many cultures with varying styles, and maybe produced in a variety of ways. It is smooth and creamy & absolutely yummy. Try it and you will know exactly what I mean.
Here are the ingredients
125g sago pearls
300ml fresh milk
300 ml coconut milk
1 piece pandan leaf
4-5 tbsp condensed milk
