I love this. I've been following MJ for a few years now. And what you all just said about "Tough Love" is what I tell my 4th graders I teach that I love them and want nothing but the best for them. And they'll say... "Miss Gray shows us tough love..." It's so sweet.

He’s right about thinking twice about putting passion before profit. I wanted to be an elementary school teacher my 1st year in college but looking at the 10 year income, it definitely wouldn’t create options for me. Life options outside of work. So I became a doctor- and while I don’t teach kids like I originally wanted, I do teach other medical residents. I also make a good income

Love MJ with his sage wisdom and relationship advice. He's a straight shooter. Tells you what you need to hear-like a favorite auntie, but it's up to you to "hear".
