For music lovers, the Glastonbury festival is an institution. Since 1970, from an idea by Michael Eavis, who is still the boss, South West England -- Pilton to be exact -- is home to one of the more important happenings in music, art and theatre. During all these years, almost all the biggest names of the music business have taken the stage: David Bowie (for the first time in 1971), Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, Beyoncé, and many more.
