God, I could listen to Malcolm for hours. Con Artist to some Genius to others.

Whatever you might say about him, he was never stuck for words, he was never dull.

An almost 40 year old MM is one dangerous chatty character...love it.

Malcolm was a gifted raconteur.

when i lived in london you meet plenty of smart eccentrics like this guy, who had genius IQ. there were loads of them. on the bus, the tube etc. london is a hotbed of quiet genius riding a brompton.

I always felt the Stones were much much cooler and dangerous than the 'all too cuddly cuddly' Beatles. McLaren puts it perfectly into context... what a wealth of knowledge this guy had.

great interview. He starts laughing when he says about German girls curiously ending up with British rock stars because John Lydon's wife is German.

Yeah this guy doesn’t understand music. He thinks music doesn’t matter that musicians are coat hangers for clothes. No malcolm, people enjoy music, but a fashion designer like you would see it that way when musicians had more power for influencing fashion than fashion industry.
