It's a rough start to the show, indeed! The other 2 matches show better of what Malcolm is capable of ;)

It's looks weird at first, I agree. But the deck turns out way better than you'd believe :)

A bummer you don't like it! Not sure if you're talking about the partners or the new Kraum, but both are completely outdated and unable to compete - that's not the case with our pirate ;)

But its % in the meta is really low compared to other decks, and it suffers greatly vs Control and decks that are value based like Phelia. Its good matches are mostly aggro based strategies, like Mono R, which have been becoming less popular for a while

It's a terrible MU for aggressive decks, that's for sure. But it's also a terrible matchup against control. It's one of those decks that have 80/20 as well as 20/80 matchups, which is overall not the best choice for bigger tournaments - I doubt it will see much play unless RDW is going ham at some point (again)!
