Male Pattern hair loss is a genetically driven phenomenon in which your hormone DHT causes thinning of the hair and eventually baldness. You can try these along with PPP 1. Decrease concentration of Minoxidil 2. Add on finasteride & biotin 3. Add on other hair serums like Procapil etc Consult a Dermatologist for opinion.

Very nice explanation. Sir how do I maintain hair after PRP for a longer period and how long can I maintain. I am already using minoxidil for 1 year can i expect some results from prp

Hi. Thank you. PRP is an adjuvant treatment and could be done 3 to 4 times a year for maintaining the effect. Always remember the most essential part of the treatment and maintenance are Minoxidil and Finasteride.

Sir, i am 30 years . I am having a hair thinning and hair loss. My dermatologist said i am at 4th phase of Alopecia. Currently i have undergone 2 sessions of prp with 1 month gap in between. I also use minoxidil at morning and evening as per treatment. Still my hair loss has not stopped and i can't see any positive results. When can i see that my hair regrowth results?

Hi. Don't worry. It takes sometime to show results. Are you taking Finasteride along with minoxidil?

Sir fingain ta tablet diye hai dr mujhe 2 months ke liye uske. Bad prp session start krenge bola h Ky fingain tablet ke koi side effects h??

Sir Can regular Prp alone with procapil serum and good diet delay androgenetic alopecia .Sir i fear finasteride side effects so i dont wana to take it .I am ready to do regular PRP with applying hair growth serum.Will it help along with yoga exercises natural dht blocking foods

Hi. You can try finasteride. In case of side effects you can stop it. Or You can take Saw Palmetto (Plant based DHT blocker) In case if you don't wish to take it then Minoxidil, procapil, PRP combination.

hello doc, i’ve been using prp and done with 1 session of prp interval of 2 weeks for my 2nd session of prp. question doc is when to see the results of hair growth? i’m not bald just only a mild receding and thinning of hair.

Hi. It takes 6 to 12 weeks to see results. Do apply Minoxidil for the optimum results.

Hi. Actually we don't recommend PRP in active effluvium. You can consider it during growth phase. It is always important to find out the underlying cause of telogen effluvium.

Sir last query i know i have asked you so many questions Sir i am from a family where my dads hair aged 51 are thin he has thin hairs but hairline is receded and my grandfather went bald by 38 So i have a risk of genetic hairlosss I am 23 now i did not get beard only moustache little bit nor i have chest hair does that mean my dht is less Does it mean that dht wont affect my hair follicles and my hairfall wont start until dht increases and starts growing beard

Hi. Less hair on beard, moustache, chin, in many cases it could be hereditary, ethnicity or underlying hormonal problem. If it is genetic, no treatment required. If underlying hormonal problem - seek endocrinologist advise. Male pattern hair loss is purely a genetic phenomenon and it is very difficult to predict the course of balding in an individual.
