Hello Dr, I probably shouldn’t have done this but I had the same thing and just removed the scrotal cyst myself. I believe I did everything right and made sure all equipment used was sterile. I made a small incision which drained a thick white paste from the cyst and then proceeded to pull the cyst capsule out with tweasers and cut it out. I used an absorbable suture to close the incision (~0.5cm) and tied it multiple times with a surgeons knot which I learned from a different video. I’m now applying polysporin twice a day and covering it with a sterile dressing + bandaid. Can you please advise if there’s anything else I need to do to ensure it heals properly? Thank you!
@parvezfaruqui2515 Hi. It doesn't recur if removed with the cyst wall or cyst sac. You might get new ones which depend on your tendency to develop new cysts.
@@dranujpall mri - MR findings reveal right funiculitis with mild right epididymitis. Usg- Focal hyperechoie lesion in right spermatie cord along upper pole of right testis - ? Funiculitis But I’m concerned about a lump that’s grow and sinks above testis on spermatic cord I guess plz help
@moviemania7775 it is unlikely to be a cyst. You can put antibiotic cream twice a day if it is paining. Wait for a few days. Show it to a dermatologist in case if it persists for long or increases in size.
I have a scheduled procedure in October, and I have had a testicular cyst since August 2020, at least that's when I noticed it. I immediately went to a urologist who told me that it was nothing dangerous and that the procedure is done for aesthetic reasons, but since the pandemic was in full swing at the time, I was told that my case wasn't urgent and that I should wait for the pandemic to end. It was only at the beginning of this year that I gathered the courage, nothing hurts me, but I'm very uncomfortable psychologically. What causes these cysts and is the procedure very painful?
@@dranujpall Hi, I'm not sure I know the difference, except of course I'm differentiating a scrotum from a testicle. When I went to the urologist, he told me it was an atheroma. When I went to plastic surgery to schedule the procedure, I think I was just told it was a cyst. It's located on the left side of the left testicle, closer to the groin, it doesn't hurt and is hard. I'd say it's similar to the case in this video.
interesting surgery but I have a question. As soon as this cyst is part of epididymis, just cutting off the cyst part does not generate the problem of opened epididymis under the skin? This surgery looks very professional maybe I just miss a part of understanding.
@user-jx9te2rx9h Hi. It is a cyst. It's a blocked gland in which secretions are accumulated. By pressing skin gently, it is expelled out from the small opening.
Hello Doc. I have had these for the last 4 months. There's one big one and four very small ones grouped together. There's no pain or anything. Since last week, I noticed a bump on my penis shaft/top skin that caused an severe itchy feeling during the night. I thought it would go away, but now there are 4-5 bumps on the foreskin/shaft itself. I used Dermiford cream & terbinafine tabs, but it hasn't solved the issue. What could this be ?

I also have 3 dots like this they are from 3-4 years. And they dont cause any problem . Earlier there where very small small 2-3 dots but they healed up by them self but these 3 are from 3-4 years.. so what should i do .. should i leave it or show to a derma
