Unfortunately this is not the first or last but it's all justified(excuses, unreasonable explanations, stories), people say this is "racist" but firing a weapon in the air with live ammunition(many cases of injury & death from stray bullets), murdering people (farms, mines, communities), stealing anothers property, hit squads, etc are crimes and there are no consequences or accountability. There are millions in south africa that have choosen to live their lives, trying their best to be law abbiding (general standard for all people) and seek harmony and there are the few who believe they have the right not to. Where do we as citizens draw the line? What seperates us from others who want to be safe, live life in relative peace and enjoy security.
