South African justice system must be the slowest in the world, we have so many high-profile cases that have been going on for years and the longer they go on the less possibility that they'll be any justice served

Checks and balances. Introduced so some of the injustices of the past could not be repeated. Which is a good thing. However, the juJu, JZ, Ace, etc trials have shown how the Stalingrad approach and endless appeals, postponements, nitpicking and - clutching at legal straws - can delay a case for years.

Assault rifle, emits great big flash. So no blank firing adapter fitted. Rifle cycles, inserts new cartridge, old cartridge ejected. All evident from the video. A video which was posted BY an EFF member within hours of the event. So no time to manipulate it. juJu is clutching at straws here. He did it, and knows he did it.

Bullshit you got the cat by two tails,this got nothing to do with a political plot against ganster malema but got everything to do with the law ,and fire arms.If this was a normal citizens shooting a automatic rifle in public he would have been in jail long ago now it just shows us ,that political ganstets are above the law, nothing will happen to this red devil 😈 ganster because his white lawyer also looks and talk like a ganster. 😅
