Join us as we visit the Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World for the first time. Tucked away In the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, it offers stunning gardens, Glasshouse Mountain views and an interactive bird experience. There's also a cafe, picnic area, buggy's for hire and cute farm friends to pat. 70% of the birds in the aviaries are rescue birds who have been given a second chance at life.

On Easter Sunday, we visited Gardners Falls in Maleny, a popular picnic and swimming spot for locals and tourists...the weather was perfect and everyone was having an awesome time...we had to show you!

Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Queensland and sharing everything our beautiful State has to offer!
