It’s such a shame that their drummer Kami passed away so young. He was exceptional in how he played. A bit like the modern gospel drummers do nowadays. If you ask me this was the best Malice Mizer era. Gackt was on top of it.
One thing i am grateful for, i grew up with their songs. Beautiful youth. Beautiful memories. Nothing closer to my heart than 90s-early 2000s Japanese indie music, and Malice Mizer was one of the most iconic scenes in that era
did not grow up with them myself (grew up with vocaloid as a young child) but as a someone in their mid teens now just recently discovering them I do have a feeling I’ll definitely be a fan of their music for a long time, and that it’ll definitely be a core memory

ive heard about this 'mana' person for a good year now, and i just got into them, i have no clue whats being said, but for some reason it feels so close to home. im mad at myself i didnt find this band before, it makes me want to get up and change, for the better. heres to greater things, thank you so much for the motivation.

How melancholic yet hopeful. I cannot get enough of this song no matter how many times I listen to it. It is quite amazing that a song made almost 30 years ago in a language I largely do not understand can elicit such strong emotions of longing to be with someone you truly love yet have lost. It really speaks to the transcendental nature of music as an art medium, as no matter the temporal, cultural, or spatial distance you are from a piece's origin, one can connect with it uninhibited.
The first time I heard this song I left some people in my life I didn’t need anymore. It sort of felt like fate to hear this song at the time. Since then malice mizer has been such a significant part of my life and this song will remain with such a huge part in my heart. 🥰
This song has me shitting and crying. It feels like a fleeting memory Im holding onto, knowing I have to let go but being afraid because if I do I'll break down. I can't help but wonder why Gackt left this band. All I can say is he has an angelic yet addicting voice specially with this type of music/setting, I wish I found Malice mizer sooner 😭😭 now I'm too addicted to listening to their song
