My sister has a condition and she needs a medicine that is not available here. And my brother might lose his job if he can't return soon. He has 3 kids to feed. You said you only allow 70 passengers per flight/ plane you prioritize tourists over the age of 50 yrs old. They are both over 50 yrs old already and their travel insurance has expired already.
