In my opinion all Real Estate professional should be doing what you did, which is not only sell the properties but also to provide as much as additional information regarding the areas. They will also be building a new private hospital right next door to that center. We will certainly be doing an update there as the construction begins. Very informative. I liked seeing the fresh squeezed juice. I used to have orange trees back in FL so I know what you're talking about. I have seen the vids by Amelia and JP and their apartments over the past couple of years. I wanted to come down and spend a few months and wonder if there are any condos like theirs which have shorter rental periods? Say 3-6 months or do you have to rent for 12 months? I know I will like Ecuador, I am fluent in Spanish and my other half understands it. Am talking to gringovisas about getting paperwork done as well to stay longer than 3 months. Thanks.

Hi Ryan, first time I've been able to see a clear and extensive video of the interior of the mall, because you received permission. You always go above and beyond the call of duty! Hubby & I appreciate that and you will be our only realtor when we relocate to Manta. I think between the Mall Del Pacifico and Plaza La Quadra it will be an easy transition for our penchant for instant gratification. We're thrilled that Ecuador won gold in the men's road race in Tokyo and hope that it will attract more participants & spectators to the Manta Ironman Triathlon next year.

Estos gringos no conocen el verdadero mall del Pacífico ahí solo importa la apariencia ejemplo hoy que fui a una oficina en el mall un guardia del mall me tacho por rolinga y me dijo que me iban a revisar solo por vestir pantaloneta y camisa lo cual es la vestimenta normal por el tremendo calor que ace pero cuando me visto de forma formal ahi asta las malteadas son gratis
Thank you for the video. I've been curious about that mall. But dude! I've seen a few videos with you, such as with JP and Amelia. If you're going to make money out of Ecuadorians, the least you can do is improve your Spanish. You butcher the word Murciegalo so badly it's embarrassing. If a person is going to adopt a new country and financially benefit from it, the least one can do is speak the language.
