*We need more judges like Frank Caprio &his staff worldwide, but unfortunately, we don't have.↪Judge Frank Caprio would be nice to have him as a president 👍*
@@LowellWable The fines were for overnight parking in front of their house, mate. Nobody was endangered, ever. Watch the video first, before you rush to your keyboard to rant and rave unnecessarily. Judge Caprio did the right thing.
@@allegory6393 I have no problem with Parking violations as I been to Philly and know what its like. I judge more careful yet Im very angry as I was a victim of a jerk who ran a stop and was NEVER caught.
She has 4 kids. What is he gunnna do take 600 bucks of food out of their mouths and rent? Get real. It's an extreme punitive measure for someone in her situation. You can tell by her kid's attitude that she ain't bad and she made a mistake. Measures are meant to be used to learn not cripple especially not a family
@@Rockas360Absolutely i didn't know why people are fussing about the judge giving her a break. Look at those kids well behave and outspoken. That's a good mum right there and she deserve all the help she get and more over aint people listening to where she said she had accident with the same car or yall just try to be mean?
Yet her kids are well behaved and respectful despite no Dad in sight and she voluntarily came to pay for the tickets (aka there was no boot on the car). Also this isn't the first time cops have ticketed the car of someone who was in a car accident. She even says she went to get the car after 2 weeks because it got towed, indicating she was either bed ridden or in the hospital for that amount of time after the accident. The 17 tickets aren't for red light violations or speeding.
Come on 17 tickets and she finally got caught surprised it wasn't booted she needs to take responsibility she was ready to pay $150- $160 something before going to court the judge should have a least made her pay that he gave her one hellva break.
Ah yea I'm sure she got into a car accident on purpose and was unable to retrieve her car for two weeks because of some elaborate scheme to get out of paying tickets. Surely this make sense, especially with several kids to raise and feed!
