This recipe might be the easiest dinner to prepare and it is so good. You can add any vegetable to it that you might like. There are no dishes to clean up because it is all cooked in aluminum foil. If you are having more people just double the recipe. You can thank me for this easy dish.

I'd have thought to put the veggies on the foil first, then the meat on top, so the meat juices will drip down over the veggies.

These look really good and simple to get dinner on the table! You could probably get 3-4 packets out of 1 pound of lean beef, just add more veggies if necessary! I bought some preformed frozen burgers from Walmart because they had marked them down to $4 or $5 for a pack of 6 large burgers. I might try this with these, thawing them first. Thank you for the great idea!
