Mammoet’s Heavy Skidding System offers a simple and efficient method for moving a load sideways. It is easily shipped and installed.
This animation shows how the system moves a bullet. The hydraulic cylinders on the skid shoe push against the brackets on the skid track. Once the cylinders are fully extended, they retract and latch on to the next bracket.
