Exactly, and I think there is at least a chance he is a lackey, as certain powerful people are pushing their 'great reset' and have been buying up farmlands and working to control people's ability to control what they eat and what they can buy as the economy is purposefully being destroyed, their invasion also aiding in that. With many fires and other disasters happening to food production facilities (not to mention foreign entities owning increasingly more) as well as at least in some areas trying to control the planting of individual gardens over the past couple years, it's been interesting to watch and see when people might become concerned, though the controlled media isn't going to help point out certain things.

It's called "the Constitution". Our founding fathers, being quite educated, understood that you should not give the government total power over people, and that people should instead be tried by a jury of their peers when they are accused of a crime. They also wrote that we have the right to a speedy trial. Well, since taxpayers don't like paying for courtrooms but love paying for prisons, the wait for a trial is long, and so people are only required to stay in prison if they are a threat to society. Otherwise, they can post a bond or be released without a bond, to appear in court when a date is available, generally a year or so later. If you keep him in jail and a year later find out his twin brother Zeke actually did the crime, you cannot give him that year back, so that is (supposedly) not allowed under our Constitution. It's one of the basic civil rights that we fought a revolution to get, and it's one of the rights that people have died in wars to protect.

You would be surprised how many things we take for granted that rely on people willingly following the rules we established as a society. He purposely killed 18k fish, many of which would serve as food for the American population... He destroyed a businesses property. How is this not a life sentence?
To be fair property destruction should never result in a life sentence. Violent crimes should be the only crimes where that is considered. But as animal abuse? At least a few years. This was death on a massive scale. Fish are often mistreated because humans see them as lesser than other animals, even though they’ve been shown to be much more aware and intelligent than we’ve previously thought. They are more than just food for humans, as all life on this planet is more than just a supporting character for the human existence and if we treat this a a property crime, that basically supports that mindset along with diminishing the crime. If someone came and destroyed everything I own I would be devastated but it wouldn’t be nearly the same as someone taking the life of another in a brutal and painful way
