Police have addressed it. They have made several arrest. It's then up to the DA and court/judge to sentence him to make sure he can't do this again. Everything isn't in the hands of police, the rest of the justice system had to do their part

Armed robbery should warrant at least twenty years in prison or capital punishment if the victims get hurt and if it is clearly captured by a camera, because the perpetrators threaten to take the victims' lives.
