911 callers helped police track down a van with a man in the back waving for help. The back doors had swung open, and that man was on the phone with dispatchers, letting them know where he was at while the driver took the van through North Texas.

I’m glad that multiple people called into 911 when they saw what was happening. So many times people just ignore situations but in this instance there were good people doing the right thing. Still don’t understand why it took so long for law enforcement to finally arrive, you would think with as far as they drove there would have been multiple officers within a short distance who could have been in route in a fraction of the time.

It's not even up taking all of those 911 calls on the freeway this guy notify them as soon as it happened and they let him drive around for a couple hours before they took it serious

Yes omg it makes my heart happy so many ppl called in! When I was trafficked I banged on the hotel walls screamed & even in the car banged on windows and saw ppl look at me & look away. That’s what broke me in the hotels though bc they would just turn up their tvs &I wld hear them in the hallway going into the rooms but they ignored me & he would say “see no ones going to come rescue you, no one cares” I had the most hope when in car or van bc I figured at least ONE person would call but nope..thankfully things have gotten a little better for others not being such bystanders I just don’t see how anyone could continue on their day looking the other way it still kinda gets to me
