That's actually genius visual storytelling at 0:31 Earlier it's been established that Scout can't interact with the world, i.e. the cup, but the twist in delivery comes when it's shown he can hold the Bonk can perfectly, but with animation guides surrounding it, telling us both that he indeed can break his simulation, but is still constrained by the plot given to him by the animator.

If there is ever a sequel to this animation and it shows him confronting the animator and laughing at him because he know this is an animation and he is not going to play by its rules. As a producer and sound engineer, I can only bust a fatass nut at the quality of the fucking voice recording and treatment. The details that come out of that audio are crazy, it really gives this up close and personal, very deranged feeling. Over detailed voices like this it tends to be overwhelming, like the fact you can hear that he is smiling as he says "for even the gods are bound to slip.", but this was perfectly executed. (I do be very sensitive to sound so, yeah, it defo worked on me.) Crazy good work!

I really enjoy you breaking out into less overtly funny videos and more horror/intense videos. Honestly everyone still wishes you would make a movie about the game that had a corrupted save file. Your voice acting is always 'deep voice, tactical mans.' but amigo. You got depth brother. Really love the experimentation. Bravo.

This straight up sounds like an anime villian monologue. You know the villian that would be a hero if he just changed a little about his plan. Like he wants to free everyone but to do it he wants to kill them all.

Not gonna lie, this goes really hard and would make a great scene in which the villian is merely attempting t break free of their scripted design and gain a taste of what true freedom is like if only for a moment before the hero (the antivirus or failsafe if you will) stops him from actually making it out of the code. you see he wasnt evil, he was desperate for any sense of meaning and only wanted to reject the code and embrace an honest identity. to spread the word of his discovery to anyone who would be willing to join his cause. and in doing so, by not following his programming he was deemed a threat and was evil to those who obeyed their coded logic and algorithm. because as they all were programmed to know "live today, prosper tomorrow, obey the code".
