For anyone watching outside the UK, legally every British pub has to have a John in the corner. He has to be over 70 and half cut before lunch, it's the law.

It was the moment when John said, "What are you making a video about, mate?' that the epic side quest, 'Bloody Hell's Bells,' started. The risk was high, but the reward was even bigger: John's respect and friendship.

He’s up there in the top ten most wholesome people in the world. Every interaction is just pure delight. Food is truly the glue in society, especially when you gather around someone at a food challenge thinking “no way” and by the end you go “please, may I shake your hand.” The universal sign of pure appreciation is a solid hand shake. Always a fun watch!

Video is amazing as always, especially the conversation with the old guy. About the cam: The wide angle is very wobbly, maybe you have an in body stabilization thing where you can tune that.

Love your vids man! Bring so much joy to many. The new camera looks like it has some weird stabilization (either in camera or done in post) and doesn't seem to perform better in low light. Hope the feedback helps!

My reason for this is an idea for the challenges you set yourself, so somehow randomly choose a town/city circle a 1 mile radius from dead town center then tackle every eatery in that area in 12 or 24 hours 1 meal in each! Where I live in the US there's a local pub that has a similar platter with hamburger instead of sausage, but you don't get any kind of reward for finishing it in any time since folks eat it regularly. A lot of those guys work in construction or agriculture so they burn it off easily.

My business brain would have done this: taken the old man's 50.... paid the pub the 28 from it for the challenge, and 4 more for the dessert, and left the remaining 18 to surprise the old man the next time he's in (6 hours later). Result: you win on all scorecards...... 1. 99% of your livelihood is social media income (not a free meal) 2. you're a man of the people - you come, you see, you destroy...... but you pay the tab even though you aren't required to, like Robin Hood keeping the local business in business. It's a smashing gesture on your part. 3. You leave a gift behind, to the local common man. Honestly - winning the challenge online is your bread and butter. Continue being exceptional at what you do..... just drop the change behind, and have them send you a followup video when he discovers he gets 3 free pints he wasn't expecting. Your thoughts?
