Just paid my unfair utilities bill, electricity is the smallest part. The rest is trash pickup, street cleaning, etc. As a single 78 year old I pay as much as a family of 7 would, can barely make end meet, but happy to find out that I can just find some city lights to tap into ! This looks more like Tijuana every day to me.
