The NYPD says Chad Irish has officially been charged with concealment of a human corpse after the body of 31-year-old Yazmeen Williams was found inside a sleeping bag in Kips Bay last week.

Even if she was using his place it isn't necessarily for a dodgy reason. Lots of people like to get out of their family home occasionally because it's tense or overcrowded or whatever or to watch something on a bigger tv or to hang out with mutual friends. That's normal.

Unless she was already sleeping in the sleeping bag when he shot her. That could explain the easy target for the head shot for a person in a wheelchair to take on a sleeping person. The mother claims the victim knew the murderer and the police are looking into if she was was staying in his apartment the night of her murder. If she was awake I think a young woman like that would have been able to evade a single shot to the "head anyway" from someone in a wheelchair. There would have been a struggle at least.
