IDAHO FALLS - A man accused of first-degree murder and robbery appeared in court Monday and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Lance Broncho, 23, pleaded not guilty to the felony first-degree murder of 51-year-old Eric Leask, felony aggravated battery with the use of a deadly weapon, felony robbery, felony burglary, felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and two felony enhancements for the use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.

I heard a call where someone admitted guilt to a male but when talking to his mom he said that he didn’t hurt anyone. His mom told him that the guy killed was his sister’s coworker or former coworker.

I have a brother in Idaho that is a child molester and just went in front of Judge Evans in Lewstion Id and ever after he told the judge he had molested children ever sense he was 12 years old (54 now) and the victim was 3 YEARS OLD when he started molesting her. Evans gave him probation and acted like she wanted give him a hug instead of even probation. Oh and the victim still traumatized after years of abuse was basically patted on the head. But some of his victims will never be heard. Very FU Judge she should handle parking tickets. Also another brother got 30 years in March from a different Judge.

Seriously? Being arrested and brought to a judge doesn’t mean you’re guilty. I do believe this guy is 100% responsible but definitely not because he’s sitting before a judge.

This is totally off course. But Is that Lori Vallows Lawyer??? I'm sure any other client this lawyer has from now until the end of his career, or any client b4 Lori Vallow Is a breeze. Now this guy has a job to do . I feel for anyone who has to try and defend Lori Vallow or Sad Sack Dumbell.

Freaky, MANY years ago, that street used to be a nice neighborhood, I moved away many years ago, when it was starting to have more violence in it. So many nice people lived in very nice houses. I wonder what it is like now over there?

I'm still here in Idaho Falls I lived on 8th Street it was a wonderful neighborhood growing up there was a little store on the corner on 4th Street we're all of us kids used to get candy now this town is full of crime slum apartments a lot of homeless they haven't taken care of this town very well and it's getting worse

In murder trials I'll never understand why they waive speedy trials. The prosecutor has no chance of a conviction unless it's on video but they all waive it.

Most of the time it’s the DEFENDANTS that want to waive speedy trial so the state doesn’t have a longer time frame to investigate their case.
