So Richard D Hall claimed the Hibbert's weren't at the concert, and applied for CCTV to be released to prove his claim. The Hibbert's legal team BLOCKED this request! Why? Wouldn't releasing the CCTV prove they were at the concert? Very very strange case.
I can't see Hall's claims are false until tested to prove they're false. Therefore, not allowing him to present his evidence supporting his claims is a conspiracy I can see... and that's fact.
So why is it important, if someone is a conspiracy theorists, and there ideas are wrong, then why do they have to go to court, having wrong think is now a crime? Why is it even relevant to shut them up if there ideas are so wrong?
This is about closing down those who challenged the accepted narrative regarding Manchester and other incidents. It's not about seeing true justice and seeking true liberties. Those that carried out the Manchester operation have ample evidence that proves they have more holes in their narrative than a box of Polos. Therefore they can't have honest critical researchers like Richard D Hall influencing the public to critically question the Government on Manchester and other things. So instead of addressing Richard's evidence they use the media and legal teams to attack him and shut him down. It is absolutely appalling how he's bern treated...
Maybe in your view but it gives Hall absolutely no right to put this family through hell. Gotta problem with the current "narrative" of an incident, take it up with the authorities NOT innocent victims. That's just pure evil.
@@markholohan4446 Before sounding off you need to do some research. One family complained to the newspapers that their daughter's photograph had been used, in amongst the rest, their daughter having died of cancer two years earlier. The photograph was removed, with no apology. So what about the rest of the photographs? I hope that Richard puts before the court the claims of the eye-witnesses that I sent him, and is on his site, how the bomber blew himself up in the top of the building, how he blew himself up in the meeting and greeting room, how he blew himself up in the foyer, and last, but not least, changed sex, turned out to be a female with a handbag with the bomb in it, she sitting in row 89,90. from there went into the centre of the arena and blew herself up
Any questions on Hall's investigations are around the edges whereas those 'injured' go the heart of it buy you can only ask and get no reply but get sued instead for humongous damages and loss of livelihood. Makes no sense unless you know how the British state works
Who remembers Brenda Leyland, she was door stepped by a Sky reporter She then committed suicide as a result. “The team at Sky News followed its editorial guidelines and pursued a story in a responsible manner that we believed was firmly in the public interest.”
His point probably is, if it's wrong to simply knock on someone's door as a journalist, then why wasn't there outrage at Sky staff harassing someone at their house pushing them to suicide? Where was Sky's accountability?
@@MegaAtOh Alex Jones got into hot water for saying that the 'Sandy Hook' gun massacre in the United States was faked although he also inferred that they bussed a ton of crisis actors to the scene to bolster the gun control agenda.
Exactly these people just buy the adhomenin attacks on Richard. Classic personal atracks, yet these same people don't question how much money companies like the BBC take from them every year, yet Richard D Halls journalism skills would run rings rounds and veteran BBC 'journalist'.
Remember Martin's parents grinning and smiling during interview the day after the event? "This is just sooooo Martin! He'd be sooo happy to have died and become famous 😊😊😊😊" (paraphrasing) Of course this interview has been scrubbed from RU-vid. Everyone handles grief differently, we are told. But everyone involved in this event handled it the same way, with smiles, giggles, and jokes.
I saw the foyer of said arena after the attack that had clearly been in the aftermath of such an event. Some people believe that the earth is flat so go figure
what you talking about the foyer was closed for well over a month and then was refurbished before being reopened. you didnt see anything and also the photos after the event show zero damage. I know because i live round there and was there weeks after and the arena was closed for weeks
@@Black-Circle Fair play pal, but once they've made their mind up, they stick to their 'facts'. That's why I asked if he'd seen Halls film, cos it leaves no doubt that we were lied to. Even if people still won't believe proof, they should be alarmed that a court has refused to look at proper evidence in an upcoming trial, solely because it doesn't fit a narrative.
Did I hear correctly ? Did you say that the defendant's disbelieved claims will not even be heard before him being found guilty for ever having utterd them in the court within which he is being subjected to stand trial ? Does that sound to you like justice ? LoL !
@@markholohan4446 filming outside peoples homes isnt illegal. being a journalist isnt illegal. knocking on a door to ask questions isnt illegal. harrassment is not turning up once to his door nor did he encourage anyone to visit martin boys house.
What did the British authorities think would happen when they allowed Abedi and his family to travel freely back n forth from Britain to Libya to fight their J-had? The control orders on the LIFG should never have been rescinded.
@robertlaw Hashem Abedi’s conviction, in which no defence was heard in the court. We are asked to accept a verdict based solely on the evidence offered by the prosecution....very fishy indeed 💜
As I understand it, Hall is questioning what was claimed to have happened. There certainly seems to be some very significant peculiarities and inexplicable things on that night. For ecamples: 1. The fire services being diverted to aocatiin 3 miles away and kept parked up there for 2 hours after the incident. 2. No paramedics going in to tram ear and of the injured (they were kept outside) 3. Nobody being taken to hospital until hours after the incident. 4. Witnesses claiming to be just a few feet from the explosion who had no injuries whatsover. 5. No visible damage to the building fabric of the foyer area. 6. A women captured on video immediately afterwards, walking around in heels completely unimpaired, who was later seen on TV telling the Queen (during a hospital visit) about horrendous leg wounds that she suffered.
Just to add @diana, every single witness at the public whitewash, stated they saw a flash (of varying colours) and smoke, yet the crown's case is built on Abedi buying the ingredients to make TAPT explosives ,which makes neither light, heat nor smoke. Case clos d, fake event.
I can't stand conspiracy theorists. Sometimes a conspiracy theory does turn out to be true but those are relatively infrequent events for the most part they're just stupid nonsense although the psychology behind them is quite interesting.
Just coz this man thought differently to what was probably the truth, why all the pantomime? Not too long ago, people would have pitied him......today, there's money to be had!
@@dianax266 well, in the past, people would have ignored him, the plod would have popped round and had a word and no one would have even known about it. Today however, he's off to court... That means plod have a few days waiting around to give evidence and not catching wh1te people who pray silently, and there's lawyers working for a few shilling (🙄) and there's newspapers to sell because of this non- story. Follow the money. Thanks for asking.
@@paullancaster7066 with respect you don't seem to know what's going on here. There's is no police involved. There never has been. This is a civil action in the civil courts (not a criminal prosecution in which police need to attend to give evidence).
@@dianax266 okay, understood. 👍. But now it's even more money-orientated as the ' victims' can see a cash payday from poor soul who believes silly things. As I said in my original post, ' there's money to be had' 👍
@@paullancaster7066 they've already had a lot of money from go fund me fundraisers at the time. Why do you say the poor soul "believes silly things"? If you're referring to RH, as far as I can make out, he seems to have a sound basis for his beliefs. What particularly do you consider to be silly?
