The days you live for right there! What a find!! So good seeing you back and posting new content! Your channel is in my top three favs. Keep up the amazing work brother!
I dug over 8000 thousands of points during my 30 years of digging. We have to dig here in SW Louisiana but what you find puts the majority of my points to shame. I love love your videos. I get excited when you post a new one. Thanks for the enjoyment you give us with your creek finds
Appreciate it Billy...glad you enjoy. I enjoy showing people what can be found when you walk creeks diligently year after year. Many younger folks don't believe it because they give up...thanks for commenting
Whoa, man what a killer ! I stumbled around my living room looking for a creek to jump in , man . I would have dove in somewhere. A lifetime find that was . Congratulations
I always feel bad for the dude that made and lost that, the stories it could tell! sit around a campfire and pass it around and tell the story you feel. Is it really 4,000 yrs old? incredible find! Im in NM, but from VA and love listening to you get all excited and not cuss!
Appreciate it..my pleasure.....yes.,it's that old...little bear creek type points date late archaic to woodland .....the woodland period began 3,500 years ago
My mouth is watering!! Now I am waiting on a hip replacement Brother! I asked my surgeon If I would be able to go Creeky Crawling again. He said yes! I cant wait!!
Haha I could only imagine watching a vid like this and not being able to hunt...man that sux.,but I hear they are a great success....a speedy recovery to you Sir and thanks for commenting
@kathleenmartin7498 not trying to use our friends channel as another platform, but I don't think Joseph will mind this. I had mine done last Wednesday, came home Thursday. It's a bit rough going. I have alot of support and prayers. You will be fine!
Awesome find!! Jesus must’ve let you find that because He knew how thankful you would be! Love to hear praises to the Most High King! Every good and Precious gift comes from God!
😂😂😂.....I try to stay calm for the most part.,but that one had me going ....then I'm like scrambling around trying to get my gopro on for an underwater shot...Shannon's stumbling around all over the top of it mudding the water up.,dogs walking around...sheesh... 😂😂😂😂
Absolutely...I've been walking creeks for 27 years and it finally happened In Front of my eyes....I've found several 5 inchers.,but 7's are very difficult to come by....thanks for commenting
😂😂.....I have a segment recorded on my go pro just for that weasel.... he's been begging to get set out on front street.....thanks for commenting Brandon...goodluck out hunting bro
@@Theditchwalker yeah I was laughing at Ben because yours was bigger than his hunting partners find, what was funny was the fact that he pointed that out 😂😂😂
Glad to see you back posting. I love watching your videos. In this wicked, don't care, disrespectful world we live in, it is such a blessing to watch your finds. It still shows me the simple things in life, and the most rewarding things are free.
@Theditchwalker I'm 65, and I just appreciate God's beautiful world we live and people like you who make it better. I'm an avid hunter and have found several arrowheads and points over the years. I live in South Alabama near Poarch Creek Indian Nation, in a little town called Atmore, AL. Keep the videos coming.
@@TheditchwalkerMy uncles hunted artifacts their whole lives and I have Cherokee in my blood. Everytime I find an arrowhead I think of the man who made it and how vital it was to survival. I'm learning from your videos that walking a good creek is much more eventful than walking a tilled field.. Thanks for posting your incredible finds.. I've convinced a friend of mine after watching this video, to walk a creek that runs into the Cumberland River in TN. I live only about 6 miles from where the Blind Wolf Pipe was found. Thanks again and I look forward to your next video..
@@stevemcgill4505My uncles found some amazing stuff, when they passed they had them in trunks wrapped in blankets their son's got most of it but I got some really great stuff as well.. These guys have convinced me and a friend of mine to walk more creeks.. It's a really great hobby even days I don't find anything it still satisfying just being out there...
No doubt...I've been hunting 35+ years and this is the first time I've witnessed a 7 incher being found.....it happens.,but not very much ....thanks for commenting
@@Theditchwalker I'm in Ohio and we find lots of points and tools and such, but only pieces of blades that big. That one is a wall hanger for sure! Thanks for the videos, hunting season is over, no ice for fishing, these videos are all I got Man!
It's crazy how things happen....we were walking a last resort stretch of creek with the idea of every creek we hunt needed walking after the freeze and flood.....that creek made a believer out of us..!
Wow what a hunt indeed, nice long benton you guys have found some big bentons but this one may take the I think it would have survived in a field. Congrats
Congratulations guys, that was worth the wait. Also, hats off to Shannon restraining himself while you were trying to get the GoPro in action. That had to be hard. Y’all keep pulling em, can’t wait for the next one.
Appreciate it Craig....I been training him for some years now to remain calm when you find something and leave it laying...it's not going anywhere....😂😂😂😂...thanks for commenting
Holy smokes guys, I wasn't expecting that, what a find. Thats about as good as it gets right there. Hope yall have more good luck this spring. Congrats guys
Yall boys are slicker than goose doodie..GREAT FINDS GENTLEMAN..It goes to show if you put the time in (and research) you will find all kinds of things.yall's knowledge of artifacts and their peroid is admirable as well.good luck-safe travels my friends..
We have a dry wash ditch right behind our house here in eastern Missouri. I have found any points there yet but have found one at the south end of our property where it dumps into a creek. Never thought about sifting but after watching a couple of yours sifting in the sand see why it wouldn’t work in the gravel where I found that point.
That's the beauty of creek hunting...they erode from the banks and these sandy creeks in North Mississippi are gentle on them.....thanks for commenting
Glad you enjoy....I have some footage back logged that was gonna be my next.,but this hunt was worthy to cut line...😂.....gonna hunt hard and try to keep it rolling.
