45 and 49 + a vasectomy. If this baby is not a miracle, I don't now what a miracle is!!! 😯May them enjoy a happy life now on! 🥰

I'm so happy for them. They're both acting like adults, admitting their mistakes, and happy that the baby is theirs. Never wanted to hear a positive so bad.

The best "You are the father" ever! I believe he would have stayed with her and raised the child with her anyways.

The wife look so regretful, like she feels guilty and feels bad deep down. Even if the baby wasnt his, you can tell she is trying to fix her habits just because of this baby.

This child was meant to be. Two wonderful people together.

My uncle also faced the same thing a few years ago, he had vasectomy and it worked for many years, and then some day his wife appeared pregnant and he didn't believed that it was his, they already had 3 grown children, but this destroyed their marriage, in the end, it confirmed that the child was his, and the vasectomy surgery was healed by his own body, it worked for 12 or 15 years and then no more.

I love how she owned her faults, he owned his faults, neither one blamed the other and they both said they made mistakes together from the start of their relationship. Im sorry that they went through this and made these mistakes but I am so glad that they weren't petty and hurtful towards each other. Like one day kids on this show will see these shows and see how their parents treated each other.... their child will see this episode and know his parents truly cared to do the right thing and for once I do not fear for future of this beautiful baby

I know of a couple of vasectomy babies. (Now adults) This was a pleasurable episode to watch. There was no screaming and accusations. Both Bakers were respectful and mature. Both were very honest with their feelings and their past. I'm so glad he is the father. He seems like a really good man.

Update: They are still together rn and had 1 more baby girl.

I like that this man recognized how they both got into their relationship and the hurt it caused to others.

I prefer this judge over judge Judy. This is a judge who has empathy and listens to those in front of her.

This is the first time I'm smiling happily after watching a paternity course case. I felt the tension and actually started praying it's the man's child. Had to remind myself the case has been over for years. I wish them all the best.

This happened to a friend of mine. He accused her of cheating till a paternity test proved he was the father. The marriage ended during the pregnancy as she couldn’t get over the hurt he caused her.

You can tell that even when they were in different lecterns, they absolutely love each other because of how respectful they were to each other in the courtroom. That baby is a MIRACLE and I have never wanted a positive result for that man so badly!!!! 😭😭😭

Imagine that. He didn't assume she cheated, he thought it was impossible that he got her pregnant so she must have cancer and was more concerned lol.

Look at these two adults, having an honest and civil discussion, and the world works in their favor. Goes to show that if you're nice, things go better.

This happened to my own father too. My youngest brother was born after a vasectomy. Came out looking every bit like the rest of us and my mom never cheated until three years later

Respect to the lady for her truthful pain, HAPPY TO KNOW THIS IS NOT A CHEATING CASE, MAY GOD BLESS THEM.

With all due respect, vasectomies can fail. The human body has a way of repairing "damage".

This couple has demonstrated what adulting really looks like what ownership and accountability looks like without yelling screaming or calling one another everything but a child of God. I am so elated that this couple has gotten the victory. That child was meant to be here is definitely god sent.

Omg I cried at the end with this couple. I wanted him to be the father so bad! When he said he didn’t go back for the 2nd check up, I knew there was a strong chance he could be the father!

Wow, their body language, respect for each other, way of talking, handling of such stressful situation in a very calm manner, other people must watch this episode and learn from Mr & Mrs Baker.

This is my all time favourite episode of Paternity Court. I’ve watched it about 4 times already and every time it pops up again, I can’t help but watch it just for the look of joy at the end. So beautiful ❤

This is one episode that I was pulling for the dad to be the father. He really loves his wife and wanted to keep his family together. Their son is a blessing because she stooped drinking and gave them the baby they wanted to have together. Update 8/15/19 Thanks everyone for the 2k thumbs up. I truly think that was a miracle baby. It saved her from her addictions, and considering the 1.5% chance of him fathering a child after a vasectomy, there really is no other way to put it. What a wonderful episode to watch. I just loved the way he described their blended family. And she can finally have peace knowing that she didn't betray the man she loves because of her terrible addictions.

He's crying because he nearly lost everything he loves, on principal alone.

I cried for both parents and the baby.. Their marraige was drowning and they tried so much to pull it together for their family.. Their baby boy was a gift of miracle to save them both and rekindle what they've lost!! I cant be more happy for them❤ I pray God sends them more blessings!!

I'm wondering how much abuse she went through after the baby was born or even during that pregnancy. She looks like she's truly gone through some very real trauma.

I didn’t hear him apologize to her. Does this guy think he’s owed any more respect than she? He was the other half of his story about them cheating so he’s no better but he’s going on how can he trust her, never heard her say the same terrible thing back to him

The Little one can officially yell out he is the 1%!!

Truly is a "Miracle Baby Boy" as now they can Celebrate and Cherish this gift as it also demonstrates there was Trust and Fidelity as He can now feel more at ease with his beautiful wife. And indirectly they got their wish for a child together. I also pray for her continued sobriety and working on strengthening their Trust and communication. Although the Great relief of a Fabulous outcome also gives them pause as they could still have even More kiddos as he is no longer safe and she is still viable to get pregnant which at their age is something spectacular. They have beaten the odds and made us all Happy and Hopeful.

I got my tubes tied after my 3rd child, thought I had a stomach problem cause I was so sick, nope it was morning sickness and now I have 4 kids 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The level of respect and maturity these two have for each other in court is admirable. I wish nothing but the very best for these people.

I actually respect and sympathise with both of them. And i love that she doesn't resent him for having his doubts but understands where he is coming from. And for him actually respecting her and not trying to dump all the blame or insult her. I'm so happy this turned out well. That baby is indeed a miracle from God.

Paternity testing by both parents before signing of birth certificate should be the law.

The fact that he accused her of infidelity should be enough to kick him into the long grass.
