Besides the deflection, or rather extension, of Alex spine the stern platform looks good. Could be my welding skills might be lower then Alex's or my monitor resolution is 640x480, my glasses broke so i'm not sure. Nice work ! I was thinking of having some kind of lock on the hinge access flap ? It might make noise in bigger waves banging itself on the platform

Did you loctite the crubscrews on the railing? I installed fall protection for years, including railings, and know those buggers get loose. Also with the salt water you might want to seal them with a blood of silicone or some sealant. Or let them corrode in place so they are stuck.

I've checked the deck ones and all are tight and not corroded. Will keep an eye on them.

15 percent maybe the optimal and acceptable amount of crew loss but you should always strive to get below 10 percent and lead the way.
