Sending love our to Mark Bryan. It is great to see a man being confident in wearing whatever he wants to. It shows self assurance and that you don't let insecurity drive your life. I am a fan and respect you so much. I wear skirts pretty freely here in Japan. Most people don't seem to care and that is a nice change from the aggression I experienced in the US. I am Non-binary, so skirts are neutral for me, I can make them feminine or masculine or neither by how I choose to style them. They care comfortable and practical and I think most men would embrace them for these reasons if they just opened their minds to trying them for a month. Lastly, I think de-gendering fashion is a good thing. I am turning 60 this year and I want to enjoy my life without fear and without pointless barriers. We need more examples of people like Mark Bryan to show us all that we can have fun with out lives and express ourselves in our own unique way.
Such brave man. Shoes are just things. Don't let them define who you are! Just do what you like 'cuz that's your life and nobody has the right to show you how to live in the right way!
They werent. Women wore heels because they have higher arches in their feet generally and a heel can be more comfortable for their foot than a flatter shoe. Mens shoes were flatter because men have dont arches and their feet are wider. Also men tend to be heavier than women so supporting so much weight on a thin stiletto can cause the heel to break or a man to break or sprain his ankle in something that cannot support his weight. Fashion did not come about to seperate the sexists. It came about based on utility and practicality for men and women.
@TheAbbot92 I think men like this guy look ugly in the outfit and heels and they do it for shock value and to make everyone including women uncomfortable. If he wants to wear it fine, but it looks ugly and its not practical for a biological mans body. I'm not going to pretend this man is attractive or looks good in that outfit when he looks a hot mess. And this man and men like him will probably break their ankles and hips, scrap their knees from falling and cause all sorts of orthopedic issues from wearing a shoe that was not meant to support their large frames. Also biological men in Africa, the Middle East, the Pacific, India etc have been wearing long and colorful skirts, wraps, tunics, caftans for centuries, but they were designed and cut for biological men's bodies. Those men look handsome, elegant, and stylish but appropriate dressed as men. However for some reason, biological men in Canada, the US, UK, Norway, Ireland, New Zealand , and Australia have decided to stuff their big giant bodies into tight mini skirts made for teeenagr girls at Forever 21. They look ridiculous, ugly, offensive and trashy. Western men's fashion has become a joke. I wish classic men's fashion designers like Tom Ford would speak out against this nonsense
@@TheAbbot92 Well, actually, through HISTORY (i.e. a long time ago) high heels were worn by men as a sign of aristocracy (yes, they wore makeup and wigs) and also for the practical use of horseriding (helps keep your legs in the stirrups). Lots of things have changed over time.
you posted this a few months ago, but after the bit where he said 95% of people assume he's gay, he added that his friends and family would describe him as homophobic. Nice sneaky lil snip snip edit there 60 second docs!
Good for you buddy. You have taken good care of yourself, why not show off your nice legs. Heels are for everyone, love wearing my stiletto boots, just wish I had legs like yours...
they did, but they've taken out the bit where he said his family would describe him as homophobic. It was right after the bit where he sipped the beer, as if to demonstrate his straightness
