My wife is currently reading a book called - "Don't sweat the small stuff...and it's all small stuff" This 32 year old just threw his life and the victim's life away over really small stuff.
You want to talk about stupid? Not long ago there was a restaurant where 2 fans we watching a Yankees/Red Sox game at the bar. One was a Yankee fan - the other a Red Sox fan. Well they got into it at the bar - then took it outside - one of the men pulled out a gun and killed the other man. Imagine sitting in jail for the rest of your life and people ask why you’re in jail? And the reply is - because the Yankee fan was busting my balks. How STUOID!!
This case might not actually be self defense, I don’t know. But the number of shots fired is completely irrelevant to whether or not it was self-defense. You can fire six shots in like two seconds.

Yep I live in Baltimore, and every year ,People gets killed over a parking Spots, it's insane to Think how people will end your life, over something that Legally don't belong to them!
@@ggeorge4144 Unchecked ego's in the household. The entitlement of some people is stronger than their reasoning. A firearm is just a tool, and in the wrong hands is always bad; like a car or knife. It could be used to hunt animals and feed your family, or in the instance of Buffalo Bill, try to exterminate all buffalo to destroy the native american's main source of food. Worse is, people have been trained to fear the world and recluse and with the creation of the internet, parents old ideas of sitting the kids infront of the screen to keep them busy went from scheduled shows and commercials to an unlimited buffet of what the world has to offer aswell as a place for innocent, naive people to meet predators.
This is far more complicated than for the reason why this happened fyi because of you're sins death can be following you everywhere u go and without you even knowing it.thanks God bless.
What a stupid reason to go to prison for life for! You don't own the land in front of your house unless you've PAID for it when you bought your house and it's marked within a boundary which says it's your land!
He was territorial since he moved in. The kind of "neighbor" people hate to have. People don't own the street. He could have parked right in front of his house and have the right to do so. There's a Karen who's sister own a house no one lives in, who claims any vehicle parked even an inch in front IN THE STREET of the house no one lives in, makes her fall in the back yard. lol She periodically checks on the house. She let her dog poop in a neighbor's yard one visit and they left a note on the garage door telling her to keep the dog off their property after they stepped in it, security camera showed where it came from. She called the cops and said they came after her with guns.
@@thename9552That is not true. Look up Castle Domains in CA. They’re very specific, if you shoot someone in the back it’s pretty hard to prove you were under threat but if somebody’s entered your home unwanted and is a clear threat you can drop them. It just happened to an older guy the week before last. At first he was arrested until the sheriff figured out what happened and how 3 guys got dead on his property. Once they figured it out a couple hours later they gave him a ride home.
We don't know that the guy was actually shot six times. The "six shots" was only what that neighbor claims he heard. That's not confirmed. This report told us almost nothing official from the police findings as to what actually went down during and moments leading up to the shooting. Mostly was anecdote from that one neighbor who was pretty far away and didn't really go outside to see til the shots heard. But a lot of you assumed you know what happened and jump right to judge and execution. Smfh. 🙄🤦
RedRoadWoman7: He's being held in jail. He hasn't been arrested yet doesn't mean he's not in jail. If one is a suspect in a major crime the law allows the cops to hold one for a specific amount of time. The cops are holding him as a suspect in a capital crime and are gathering enough evidence to make the arrest. Apparently you aren't a good listener.
He wouldn't have to spend the rest of his life in prison if he kept his firearm in his house where it belongs. Now he has joined the ranks of a law abiding gun owner who crossed the line just this one time.

So, I'm sure you're fully aware that these type of shootings are commonplace here in the United States. Incidentally, these are urban whites.
Street parking entitlement is going too far here in the US. Many Americans thinking they own street parking now. You can find many videos of it on youtube. That's how low Americans has gotten. Just sad...
I would imagine it's not over a parking spot. The police had to give the newspapers etc... a story they can run and the parking spot story is believable.
Generally you would park in front of the house you are visiting if there is no room in their driveway. If there is no room on the street either it is surely fine to park in front of the neighbor's house on the street. For a neighbor to bring out a gun to confront the person parking is not a good look, obviously. Surely words were exchanged but what happened after that needs clarification. It does not look good for the guy with the gun, that's for sure. Edit: Just saw in another report that this feud has been going on for weeks and the person killed also had a gun.
Americans need to not only stop parking in the parking spots of other Americans, but they need to stop doing other minor things that enrage gun owners.
Or they could just follow the law? No designated parking spots on that public street. Seems to me the guy had the right to park anywhere he wanted to on the street.
Street parking is public parking. I've had a couple of people over the years try to say otherwise. Sometimes they will put an old chair on the spot. That is only warrented in winter after a heavy snowfall and a local resident shovels it out.
I had a 23 year old kid almost shoot me over my ex-wife's parking spot she OWNED. When we divorced she bought a condo that had a covered parking spot that was part of the property. So this young kid kept parking there after she asked him to stop and informed him it was her parking spot. So one Sunday afternoon she calls me and asked me if I'd talk to him so I came over and just happened to catch him coming out of the complex so I stopped him and asked him to stop parking there and he ask me who I was and I informed him. So he ask me to pull over and park and when I did and I got out and walked up to his car to talk to him and I never threatened this kid, he started rocking back and forth in his seat and saying you want to hurt me, like I said I never yelled at him or threatened him and I told him I don't want to hurt you we just want you to not park in her spot that she owns. Anyway he kept rocking back and forth in his seat and then he pulls up this pistol with his right hand, and I said No weapon formed against me shall prosper.(Isaiah 54:17) and then I said, SAVE ME JESUS! Romans 10:13 Whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. Then he jumps out of his car and I take off but am quickly trapped be a pool fence and this kid is in a firing stance trying to draw a bead on me. Did I stand there and tell him to take his best shot , not hardly I put faith to action, (James 2:20) Faith without works is dead. I was jumping side to side up and down and he finally got back in his car and took off without shooting. I called the police and they came out and we caught him a couple of hours later and found out he was a military policeman in the National Guard. The police wanted me to file assault with a deadly weapon but I would'nt do it. After the policeman went and read him the riot act, like you have just ruined your life by threatening someone with your service pistol and you will have a felony record the rest of your life and you will get a dishonorable discharge from the service, I sat with the policeman while the kid was in another police car stewing on what he just told him for about 30 minutes, he got pretty humbled and realized what was at stake and apologized.
snopro, At the time of the filming the shooter was the alleged shooter and a suspect. Blurring the face simply avoids possible lawsuits, in general, and until he's arrested, is a careful thing to do.
You can claim self defense, but legally, if you are the first aggressor, that is not self defense. As people have said he was territorial about the parking space, that makes me think the shooter was likely the first aggressor. I have a place in my apartment complex where I like to park. I call it "my parking space" but I have no real right to it. If someone else is parked there, I park elsewhere.
When will lawmakers, cough, realize that neighborhood disputes are not CIVIL. The lack of laws prohibit LE to stop the aggressive and out of control neighbor to be arrested. The aggressor is usually not arrested because there are no laws protecting innocent people.
Police aren’t there to protect. They’re there to take the crime scene photos and to hand out tickets. Public order is a priority too otherwise you’re on your own in a lot of places until there’s a cadaver involved.
I mean fighting over parking spots it's not even your property nobody's property I mean what please a and the thing is did he have a parking spot there because if it's in front of the house that doesn't mean that it's yours
