Hello ! What a Wonderful 2021 year ! 😱 . Find a celtic for your first gold is amazing ! I found some beauties too but i can't show them like you. You are very lucky to live in uk. 🤷♂️ Can you do much in 2022 ? I hope for you ! Ben from France
thank you, much appreciated. I have been out over Christmas and found 7 hammered coins but i didn't take my camera. i just wanted to chill out time. But hopefully 2022 will be good to us both :)

You lucky lucky sod haha great video amazing finds one after the other!! You have some wicked luck dude. Love the videos always smashing it. Cheers dude would love to see a signal that you think is a hammy before it’s dug up. Nice one dude
Just found you. The one occasion when the algorithm got it right. Loved this vid and particularly impressed with your knowledge and expertise. You may have guessed I'm a newbie to Metal Detecting as my son bought me a simple and basic model to get started with. You have a new fan
Welcome aboard! Thanks for popping over to the channel. Plenty of videos to scroll back through. Bu doing so you'll gain a bit of knowledge so you'll soon be identifying stuff yourself. We have a Facebook group, just search man v field, pop along and share your finds with us. Good luck and happy hunting.
@@manvfieldmetaldetectinguk6767 unfortunately I'm one of the few great 'unwashed' and not on Social Media other than RU-vid. My son bought me a Garrett 200i but think I will soon grow out of it so I am now selling it. I am considering the Garrett 400 or if I can stretch my wallet, the Apex.
So many quality finds ! Wish I was detecting when I lived in U.K. ( now Ontario), can you tell which county you do most of your digging ? I lived in Surrey
Awesome video and finds guys! Can I ask, I’m curious. What do you do with your finds once you have them cleaned up and identified. Do you keep them or sell? Cheers :)
@@manvfieldmetaldetectinguk6767 ah right. Oh do you have to ask permission to metal detect items in fields and stuff? So I take it you just give the Landowner items as compensation. That’s grand. Thanks for replying mate.
@@leeg713 oh yes, always have permission from the landowner. But it’s always to give some items to the landowner as it’s an incentive to them to keep allowing u on their land. of course anything classed as treasure by the treasure act goes through the proper process.
Would love to get on a Roman field all the club digs mere me are rubbish been proven to plant coins etc . Live your vids if your ever in North Yorkshire give us a shout
Much appreciated pal. I'm aware how lucky I am. I've done a lot of research to get the permissions I have which ahs taken 8 years but slowly my knowledge of certain areas is increasing. I could write a book soon :) Keep at it! Keep looking at lumps and bumps in fields, particularly where a sloping field levels off and the goes down again, sometimes can be a sign of a roman site.
I have just got a good mental detector but it is American and it’s got all the signals to thier coins. I think it will be ok if I do some testing . Any chance on going on a hunt with you? Lots of respect bro
Hi. I have a discovery accurate locators but I have a problem with the software because it gives me another discovery plus software. What should I do plz
