I know this didn't make the defendant's day, but it sure brought a much needed laugh to mine! I heard of certain driver's thinking they're entitled to drive anyway they want, but this driver took it to another level that he can drive anywhere he wanted while talking to the one person in the world he definitely should not have been talking to. This judge had to have blinked twice before the next words out his mouth " Are you driving?!" Truly the only remedy for this man is to have his steering wheel removed to keep him from behind it. And thanks to himself will be even longer now.
