Why would you pay $20 to go to an tourist trap mini-island that's 200ft away from the main island? The whole main island is surrounded by beaches, what would be the point of going there?
Good Question, #1 the Boat Ride, when you have been on this Island for a while it's really nice to go on a Boat Ride and feel the Breeze blowing through your hair and look down into the Crystal Clear Water as you bounce over the waves. #2 Managaha consolidates all the Cute Tourist Girls in one Spot so you don't have to put in as much effort to Chase them, and they can't run away because the Island so small. 😁 #3 It's kinda like the same reason people leave a perfectly good house and go spend the night in a Tent in the Woods. 😁 When you go to Managaha, and spend $5 for a Beer you would never drink under ordinary circumstances, you APPRECIATE that $1 Beer at the Local store a whole lot more when you get home. 😁 #4 There are places around Managaha where there is no Reef, so you can actually use Managaha as a really good Launch site for Scuba Diving, because every place else on Saipan you have to swim out Over the Reef before you can start your Diving Trip. On Managaha, you could literally start your Dive from the Beach.
In my opine, I think everywhere should be explored at least once, only then will you know for certain. Managaha, It was definately a one time venture for me, nice too see, Too muchy touristy for me, and I likely wont go ever go back, same as Tinian and Rota, seen them All PRE COVID. The only places I still go to is Saipan and most are places out of the tourist areas, Kagman, Tank and Marine beach, And Beach behind airport, Obyan. Only seen a few tourist there on occassion, more times than not, its only locals and not many of them. Obviously most restaraunts are packed all over island, but I do have my faves I keep going back too since ever since. I do LOVE SAIPAN but I could Never live there mainly just because I cannot OWN property there, I have to Lease it. Great Vid! 🇬🇺🍻✌🏻
