Hi Steve, thank you for your awesome easy to understand tutorials. I just set up one Gmail account to retrieve mails and question is why is not showing the label colors on my mail list? I set up 3 different accounts with their respective labor and color but is not displayed. Thanks in advance

Great video Steve but I have a couple of questions. I have a few iMap accounts hosted from Bluehost but can’t get Gmailify to recognise them and the other import only seems to handle pop3 accounts?? Also will google assign all these new emails to your gmail quota? Thanks

Loves the tech tips. In Gmail, set to "conversation," can the inbox be sorted by last email received in a conversation instead of first email sent in conversation? Thanks Love the Behringer mixer. I (and probably many others) have the same one.

Steve I have just seen yr video about managing multiple gmail accounts. I have been thinking about how to do this previously but hadn't seriously looked before. I'll definitely be giving it a go go now that you have explained the steps. Your last tip about colour coding the messages addressed to the second/ third accounts is magic. Regards Rod

Hey Steve... I would love to keep storming the Castle..! Great Video as always... however, After I add the first account with GMailify, I cannot seem to add another without unlinking the first..? What am I doing wrong..? I have 2 yahoo, and 2 hotmail accounts I would LOVE to just deal with from my main GMail account..? Cheers, Sean.

Do you know if Gmail then pulls over copies of your inbox from the other accounts? Or is it only emails *after* you have set this up? Gmail's storage capacity is smaller (I think) than, say, Yahoo email.

The video was informitive and I learned some things I was not totally aware of, but I was a little dissapointed that you did'nt answer what I think is one of the more important questions. That question is as follows. When I click reply on one of those imported accounts, what email address will the recipient see when they get it ? Thanks

Tiy chose the "from address" in the composition screen. It will send to your default unless you change it before you send.

What about storage? Each account I add is going to take a lot of my storage. My main account is already using almost 50% of the 30GB storage so I may find myself buying larger storage in order to manage all my accounts in 1 tab. There is always the option to use several browser tabs, each with another account.

Thank you so much for this video. I tried doing something similar with the Outlook app from MS Office, but it seems to not play nice with other google apps like calendars, contacts. Two questions: 1. Does the content from other accounts count toward your space limits with Google (one)? 2. Do the other google apps like calendar and contacts have this capacity? Thanks again.

Hi. perhaps this qu has been asked. Is there a way to configure the settings so the email from the other account does not land in your inbox... just goes straight to the folder? I think the inbox would get pretty messy even with colour coding. thankyou.

Yahoo has an advantage in when you bring up Yahoo Mail, you can have all of your email accounts right there and it tells you how many emails you have in each account. Each account has it's own files folders. In this regard, Yahoo has the best email. With Google, you have to go to Google account to switch to another Gmail account, and with Outlook you actually have to sign out and log into another account. I like having it all right there.

I know this is probably very late but i hope u reply. So the problem i have is two of my separate emails get the same email. For example, emails that should have only gone to one of the emails also show up in the inbox of the other email. Can you tell me how i can keep them separate.?

I am so glad I found you. I have learned so much from just watching one video so far. I am in the process of retiring from my Internet business and I have over a dozen email addresses from different domains. I have been trying to find an economical way to keep a few of those email addresses and not pay a web hosting company anymore for a dedicated server. My question at this time when I reply to my customers and friends with the reply be from the email address it came from? Or will it be my gmail address?

I have followed the instruction, to the letter I believe, about applying a filter for the incoming email address and clearing the other fields, but I'm darned if it works. The filter is not picking up the other emails sent to the particular Outlook account I had entered. What am I doing wrong please ? Great site Steve, keep up the good work

Did you do a vid on multiple Gmail accounts on a smartphone (Droid) - or would this work just creating folders as you showed? I have 4 clients and they all but one use Gmail and I need to keep them separate since I use Upwork desktop time clock (which takes snapshots of the screen)...

I’m trying to figure out how to do the opposite! I don’t want all my accounts synced I don’t need my personal emails mixed with my business email, and teaching email. I never changed the settings they have always been mixed and it’s super annoying! Any solution? I tried going backwards with this videos method but, they don’t show that I have forwarding on because I never did turn it on

Can I use this and pull in all the old email from the Yahoo account? This would save me a ton of headaches dealing with my Mother's Yahoo email account. If I could save all her old emails (in different files on her account as well as the inbox) I would never have to "fix" her Yahoo email account again.

I want the opposite: my primary email address is NOT a gmail address. And I want to keep it like that. Now some organisation has created an email-address for me that is somehow hosted by gmail. I cannot reach that inbox without google wanting to link that adress to my google account as the "primary address". How can I prevent that???

Thanks. I have a question - I want to set up forwarding emails from a master G Mail account to a board. They don't want to sync their business accounts wit Gmail. All they want is to forward gmails to their business account. I am not sure if call forwarding will work because it shows one account which added as in use and the rest are subordinate to that account. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

Nice video. I applied all those same settings & label and it worked for a few hour, but then the filter doesn't seem to work beyond that. The filter & label are still set, but don't work longer than a few hours. Any ideas why?

I followed your instructions to creat a label & a filter for an outlook email account & color coded it. Existing emails to that account show the label & coloor code but it not work for new emails to that account

It’s nice to merge accounts into gmail. But gmail does put max limits on the gmail account. And it’s very easy to max out, or have to pay gmail for more space.
