I love the idea of allowing gravity to pull my own shoulders down (⬇) rather than allowing me to do whatever I need to prove and promise to make forcefully demanding and conscious efforts to keep my shoulders down like (💟) Cimberly Miller had forced and demanded me to do so, because Cimberly Miller was the worst educational and academical legal authority figure I ever had in my whole entire life, because every time I kept my hands, fingers, thumbs, shoulders, arms, and thyes in a pretzel (🥨) shape. Cimerberly Miller would force and demand me to loosen up and tighten up my hands, arms, fingers, thumbers, shoulders, and thyes and then sternly tell me to relax. And every time Cimberly Miller made me do that. That made (😡😠😤-e) me feel extremely annoyed, disappointed, sad, stressed, tearful, upset, humiliated, embarassed, and anxious for real (🙄). It really did for real (🙄). Due to how offensive and rude I found that to be towards and near the major, main, and key (🗝) most popular and famous Martin Luther King (🤴) Junior Statue. And it's all because of Saharans, Africans, and balck-skinned people like (💟) Martin Luther King (🤴) Junior being considered and linked as the major, main, and key (🗝) most mistreated ethnicities in the whole wide world and universe for real (🙄). They really most certainly are for real (🙄).

I'm currently reading "Powered by Me: From Burned Out to Fully Charged at Work and in Life" written by Dr. Neha. She mentioned this kind of breathing in her book and I came on to RU-vid looking for examples of how to do it correctly. So, happy to have found guidance on this from the author herself! As a licensed mental health counselor, I'm finding the information in her book extrememly helpful for myself, my family, and my clients. Thank you Dr. Neha!!
